My wife and I both drive Subarus. My fourth. Her third. All bought and serviced at Sommer?s Subaru. All purchased through Joe Vella.

Sommers Subaru gives wonderful service

I have bought 2 new Subarus from Sommers and I am pleased with the service I received. Josh my sales representative made the new car purchase easy and stress-free. Charles the IT guy taught me what all buttons on my new Subaru were for as I am technically challenged. If I have any questions about my car, they told to call them up and they will answer them. Highly recommend Sommers Subaru!

Tom Bruns 2019 Subaru Forester

Our Subaru has a rattle under the dashboard. The tech said it was fixed but it is not

Frustrating.

Beyond frustrating. 60k maintenance plan was priced fairly highly, tires were 150$ cheaper at Costco, and less than 200 miles after (still below the 60k mile mark) my dash lit up with Eyesight issues, and a headlight went out.

Poor communication and rigid rules

I usually have excellent service with this dealership for my 2015 Subaru, but I scheduled an oil change online and asked drop it off and rent a car for the day. I have rented in the past with no issue this way. A couple weeks later and a few days before the appointment, I get a message that they don't do rentals for oil change drop-offs. So I ask if I can drop off and wait since it will only take 60 min or so. They say that because it was booked on line, they can't do that, they would be changing the oil likely later in the day. So, please explain to me why then I can't rent a car if you are going to have the car sit there all day anyway? Bad policy.

I just purchased a new 2023 GMC Yukon SLT XL at Sommer's

I just purchased a new 2023 GMC Yukon SLT XL at Sommer's GMC and could not have asked for better service. Troy Royse was awesome. Very helpful, easy to work with, and he went out of his way to ensure the best possible customer experience for me. Sommer's GMC was literally the last dealership I visited but should have been the first! They're 25 miles away from my house but I will absolutely be giving them all my sales and service business going forward. I highly recommend them. I love my new Yukon! Rick Varju - Oak Creek, WI
