Cool Gray Khaki 2019
Purchased a new Crosstrek , to replace the 13 we had , wife loved the first one she wanted a new one and she loved the Cool Gray Khaki color . Got a Limited with all the bells and whistles, she loves it and I know that she is safe in a Suburu.

Perfect service experience.
Had 6000 mile service on my Crosstrek and everything was perfect. Took half the time I was told it would take. Lovely waiting areas and nice refreshments. Love this dealership so much!

If youre looking for a Subaru, look no further
The day of my purchase I had an appointment with a Subaru dealer in my hometown. I knew exactly which Crosstrek I wanted and brought both of my trades along. It wasnt a good experience. Salesman wasnt there for the appointment, car wasnt there, they asked me to choose a different car and as I was made up my mind someone took that car too and proceeded to drive it to another dealership. Needless to say, I left that place very unhappy and decided to make my way to sommers and boy, am I glad I did. We hauled both trades an hour away and a tire flew through the windshield of one of the vehicles I was trades. We walked into the bustling showroom covered in glass and rattled, without an appointment. From the looks of the place and how busy they were I expected a long wait. Instead they were able to sit us right down with Jim to choose one of 62 Crosstreks they had on the lot. He was able to guide me to 4 available cars which fit my budget and had the options I needed AND they had the color I really wanted. He payed everything out in a clear, no nonsense manner and I decided to pull the trigger. It was at that moment I realized I forgot the title for my trade and would need to drive another two hours to pick up the title. Even though Jim had to stay late because of my forgetfulness he didnt seem bothered and used the time to detail the car, switch out the plates and arrange the financing paperwork. Jim literally has the patience of a saint. When I arrived back at sommers he got me right in to do paperwork, went over the car in detail, which I didnt think I needed but Im really glad he did, gave me a fancy notebook to write down any questions, toured me around their service bays and away I went. No hassles, no hard sell, no nonsense, just A service. Buying a car can be a really stressful situation but not at sommers and not with Jim. I wish everything were this easy.

Jim is a no nonsense kinda guy
If you’d rather go to the dentist than a car dealership, Jim will change all that. No nonsense, no hard sell, no extra words. Jim listens and answers questions and doesn’t fill the air with small talk and chatter, which I appreciate when I’m trying to make a decision about what I’m gonna drive for the next 10 years. If you’ve never owned a Subaru (like me) he will tell you exactly what makes a Subaru a Subaru. Ive bought other new and used cars and this is by far and away the nicest car I’ve ever owned. But this is about Jim...he certainly knows and believes in his product, which made me feel at ease working with him. If you want to go into a dealership, not feel pressured, learn about the car you’re buying and have pricing, options, features and payments clearly laid out, make an appointment with Jim and you won’t be disappointed.

Outback 2019
Worked with Allen and Michael. Allen was very helpful, patient and knows the car inside out. He helped us getting the car of our choice and was very professional. Michael, helped us a lot with the paperwork. He knows and understands the needs of customer. Just the next day, I had a terrible experience with my other car (BMW) and now I know where to go next time.

Great experience working with Joe Vella and service departme
My wife and I purchased a car from Joe Vella and it was a great experience. Joe was very informative and a pleasure to work with. When we picked up the vehicle Joe spent as much time as needed to explain the electronics and all the bells and whistles on the car. He answered all of our questions. Since then my wife has had the car serviced and the service department has been very helpful and accommodating.
