I almost never write reviews of my experiences but felt compelled to write one about this dealership. I am buying a 1999 Mercedes SL500 from them. I shopped around considerably and stopped at several "used car" dealerships and understand how these places get their reputations. This, however, was not an experience like the others. They answered all my questions, provided a walk through of everything in the car. The whole experience was exactly as you would want it to be. They even walked me around the service area to show me the state of the art equipment that they use. If I ever were to run a used car business, this is the model that I would use. They stated that they are not just trying to sell one car to one person, they are trying to gain customers for life. I now consider myself a customer for life.... and will be using their service for all of my cars now, not just the one that I bought from them.

I was contacting Motorwerks for a used car. They took excellent care of my needs and treated me best way (airport pick up, food, beverages etc). Also they helped me a lto get needed forms and informations. If you see the shop and the cars they work on, you realize very fast that they know whta they talk about. Great stuff to see and to experience. I can recommend them all teh way through.
