Rob Martin was tremendous. He listened to the issue I had with my 2025 4Runner and took care of it the same day. The dealership took the vehicle in without an appointment because of the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The steering column adjustment has an issue that I brought to the attention of the sales person before I ever put the car in gear after the purchase. I requested a call after I tried the non mechanical solution which was texted to me. It did not fix the issue. I am disappointed that I have heard from no one.
