Bought used car 2 years ago from GR Chevrolet.
Bought used car 2 years ago from GR Chevrolet. Have spent time since then taking the car for repairs every other month. Once for putting back a brace underneath that came loose. It seems that it is rusted out underneath and held together with bondo and bubblegum. It has never passed inspection (although there were inspection stickers put on the car) and will not pass inspection today. A few days ago there were 5 trouble lights on as I drove down the road. I am told there is nothing they can do. In approximately 4 years I will have this car paid for. Their offer is to sell me another car and add the balance owed onto the new loan. That runs my payment double what I told Joe Covington I could afford to pay but it will ensure that he gets his second reward for selling ANOTHER car. I can respect someoe telling me they have no car on the lot that I can afford BUT to sell someone a car that did not pass inspection (It had a badly rusted out muffler) is beyond my comprehension. After working on it every other month for two years I am pretty sure it will never and should never pass inspection.

If ZERO STARS was an option, that would be my choice!
If ZERO STARS was an option, that would be my choice!!!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership under ANY circumstance!!!! If I could give them back my vehicle so I could never do business with them again, I would!! Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. I did this online following the instructions on the postcard sent to my home from THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Upon arrival on 8/19/2023 (1.5 hours away) I am informed that the parts are unavailable to complete the service. The location opens at 8:00AM, yet they did not call and notify me. They claim they did not have a phone number, which is a BOLD FACE LIE because I received a confirmation phone call from this location confirming my appointment. I have also received multiple text reminders and emails from them regarding this appointment. They have no care for their customers and have nothing to offer in return for the 3 hours of time I spent traveling to and from their dealership. This place of service IS A JOKE!!!!!

Got a oil change and tire rotation. Tire monitor system would not reset. Had to bring back for another visit to fix. One sensor had went bad. Dealership fixed with no charge.
