I came in to lease another car because my current lease was up. I told Gary what I needed and he said he would get it. When the car came in the process took about an hour and I drove home in my new Explorer.

they made it so easy when i decided to buy out my lease, everything was done before i arrived to make the process quick and painless!

Was pretty sure it needed an alignment (screwed up at another place). They also figured out the wheel bearings needed torquing which was causing a lot of play in the steering. Another dealer was trying to tell me it needed a whole new steering gear which was much more expensive and would not have fixed the play. Very fair price for what was done. Truck feels much better now. Thanks.
