Had an issue.
Had an issue. They damaged the bumper on my car (not good). But Mel had parts ordered, a loaner car lined up and work scheduled to fix it quickly and with minimal impact to me. Sometimes seeing how a company responds to a problem is worth more than not having a problem in the first place.

The customer service representative was polite and friendly. My only complaint was that he wasn't paying attention when I reproduced the noise my car made. That was the whole reason I brought in the car. The technician was thorough and communicated well.
