I worked with Quinton as a salesperson, he was great and

I worked with Quinton as a salesperson, he was great and a manager Harry Snyder also helped me follow-up on some things after the sale. I bought a preowned Cadillac XT6. I drove an hour and a half to get this vehicle and had to come after work, so it was already a late appointment, but they were aware and they didn't rush me. Quinton stepped in to help me and he was cool with staying late and sending me home with it that night. That was nice since I was coming from Bloomington. I've been in car sales before and I thought it was cool that they didn't kick me out at closing time like some dealerships have a tendency to do. If you can finish it up, finish it up, and that's exactly what they did. I have to say that my overall experience was very positive. Working at a dealership is a tough every-day gig, but they seem to have all of the right people and most importantly with their hearts in the right places. It's nice when you work with a salesman and manager who act like they enjoy what they do and they take great care of you. In my experience their service department staff is top-notch as well. Hard to find service like that these days.

Worst 2 day experience ever with the dealership.

Worst 2 day experience ever with the dealership. Reggie Jones was great to work with as salesperson but he was new there and did not seem to have much control. We called an hr before arriving and told vehicle we were interested in would be ready upon arrival. It was not even found for 3 hrs! Dealership had the car for 21 days yet it was filthy, smoke filled, and 1042 miles had been added since surrendered. Into hr 4, financials were thrown at us. We were tired, worn down, could not concentrate. Came home, slept on it, called mgr and offered less. It should be noted that 2 mgrs lied about smoke smell when asked while all were trying to find the SUV. Mgr on 2nd day agreed to verbal new price and said new paperwork would be drawn up and ready. We returned today and waited nearly an hr only to learn paperwork at not been updated. In the meantime, 1 of 2 key fobs disappeared then staff could not remove license plate from my car. Once again, another long wait in horrible weather. I would have walked out but husband needed us to have a car to tow behind RV. I believe Reggie did his best with what was thrown at him but he more than likely lost another sale or two while babysitting us as we waited. Cannot stand to be lied to, could not stand mgr dissing my father, and the entire 9 hr ordeal over two days was the very worst ever. Gerard and Harry deserve to be reprimanded at best for their lies. I will never ever buy from man Andy Mohr dealership, nor will I ever buy used again
