I don't know who Micah is. I talked to Gena Sanchez. Services on my car were completed in the window of time they said. I have no complaints except I wish I could have had paperwork saying what recalls were fixed on my car.

They tried to charge me for maintenance covered under my
They tried to charge me for maintenance covered under my warranty but Lucas Sorensen fixed the issue and was a great help. Lucas has been the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the dealership and will be the only service employee I work with from now on.

They service on my Ford f150 was terrible they didn't
They service on my Ford f150 was terrible they didn't wash the car. They broke my front grill which is ridiculous. They left my front hood open luckily when I was driving on the highway I noticed it was open. This was very unprofessional and dangerous. Whoever did the service on the f150 did a terrible job this.is not acceptable especially as a such big company
