Took my car in on a Saturday to get serviced 8 hours went by my car was not looked at they couldn't tell me what was wrong or how much the repairs would cost. Spoke to the manager on Monday and I was supposed to get a call on Tuesday about the issue and I did not receive a call back. I would never buy a car from a dealership that has a service department that doesn't even take car of the vehicles or provide good customer service. Bad experience and bad service.

took car into shop as my “regular” mechanic indicated need to go to a specific dealership that could handle a jeep Mechanical issue and told us that he thought it had to do with the PCM/computer/throttlebody. The car has an interlock device which created problems for the team working on the car although we made every effort to make the owner of the car available to come down and start when needed. dealt with John who I thought was the service manager, Who reported that Brian was making the repairs. They kept the car for several days and at one point purchase a used throttlebody to replace the current throttlebody something he never discussed with me as I would have purchased a new one for $100 more. I was never given an estimate but was called when the first used throttlebody didn’t work and second throttlebody was purchased and again wasn’t offered to purchase a new throttlebody. Long story short on the fifth or sixth day they said they did everything they could and they were limited because of the interlock so we pick the car up paid over 1300 almost $1400 and the car shook violently after driving for approximately 5 miles and then stalled and needed to be towed. still need to have it repaired and am completely out the money that I paid them. The car is definitely in worse shape now than it was when we first took it in!

Stopped in to see a new Van I found online and it was sold so Brandon went right to work finding me a great deal. Jessica our salesperson was super helpful took time to explain all the features of the Van we picked and the team stayed after hours to close the deal. Bassim was helpful getting the financial side of things finalized with an even lower rate than first discussed. and we left the lot with our new van! I would buy here again. Thank You for the great service and lunch!

I purchased a vehicle last summer and even with it still under warranty they expect me to rent a vehicle while my is being repaired. They don?t stand behind their warranties or their customers. Been over a week and still no response from this Dave He of a dealership !

This place doesn’t stand behind their warranties or their customers. They expect you to pay for a rental car even when your vehicle is still under warranty. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a response. Worst customer service ever!

Eric was an excellent salesman from the minute we walked in the door. The sell was not high pressure. Nobody at the dealership tried to persuade us into any purchase i.e. car, gap insurance, additional warranty etc. The Darrow team was also flexible to meet our needs. Overall, a very good experience!

I have bought 4 cars here. I am able to trust this dealership to be honest and give me a great deal. The sales people have always been cooperative and accommodating to my needs as a car novice. More importantly for me, I can count on their service department to work with me, explain everything to me, and then fix my cars the first time. Their mechanics are outstanding. I would never go anywhere else.

I found Russ Darrow Jeep a great place to trade in my old car and purchase a new car. The staff was friendly and helpful and the salesman, Eric Hanna, was very knowledgeable. The vehicle I wanted was at another dealership but was able to get my Jeep to Milwaukee without a problem. Would definitely recommend!
