I had the pleasure of working with Kashif Iqbal. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer most of my questions about each vehicle I test drove. I arrived at the dealership with check in hand from the bank and Kashif made sure to check and make sure he wasn't stealing a client from another salesman before proceeding to assist me in my search for a vehicle. We test drove four cars and I narrowed my decision down to a 2007 Jaguar S Type and a 2007 Audi A4 2.0T, both with low mileage, considering. Every car was exceptionally clean and well kept and drove extremely smooth. I took pictures and text them to my wife and chose the Jag based on her choice, although my fav was the Audi. They crunched the numbers to see if the Jag would meet the bank stipulations but it wouldn't. I thought I would leave empty handed but Kashif assured me that they would work hard to make the Audi work for the bank criteria. Long story short, I purchased the 2007 Audi A4 (which was my first choice to begin with) and it drives exceptionally well.

We drove hour and half to get to this dealership. There are so many cars on this lot its hardly a place for a customer to park. My wife was so scared someone was going to back into or hit our car she did not go on the test drive with me and my son, (they had to move 3 cars to get this one out). Now the test drive, first of all it wouldn't crank right away. Salesman had to keep fooling with the key for it to crank. My son and I took it for a drive, front tires were bald, we were scared to cut it off, fearing it wouldn't crank back up. Took it back to the dealer and shut it off and it wouldn't crank back up. Also the salesman pointed out a dent in the back that actually happened at the car lot when they were moving things around. A total wasted trip.

Louis greeted me upon arrival to Atlanta Used Cars lot. He insured my questions were answered honestly and he researched on the spot for immediate response. He was professional and didn't hassle me about purchasing a car my husband is interested in. I would definitely return to this car dealership and request assistance from Louis. Generally, I am accompanied by my husband but I feel comfortable coming unescorted. Please provide Louis with an employee appreciate token for a "job well done". I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Louis.

I recently bought a Ford Mustang at this dealership. My sales rep, Tamara, was awesome ! She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She didn't make me feel rushed and made my car buying experience feel very comfortable. I felt great about the deal. Thanks Tamara !

Completely dishonest! . My son and daughter in law have purchased a 2004 Ford Mustang from Atlanta Used Cars Inc. about a month ago. What a horror story! Let me explain.... Chase was the lender on the deal. Before Chase would underwrite the deal, Chase required there be included in the deal a power-train warranty insurance policy from Allstate. . Within a week the young couple had transmission issues and took the car to a repair shop. Of course the transmission shop contacted the warranty company Allstate. Allstate came out and inspected the car and determined the car had incorrect modifications done to it. So Allstate cancelled the warranty and refunded the charge for it to Atlanta Used Cars. . To get his car back I had to loan my son $1300 dollars for the repair of the transmission. Now the car lot will not refund the money to Chase. Atlanta Used Cars financial department will not return or take phone calls from either of them. My daughter-in-law has tried contacting them dozens of times! My son finally went to the lot today to try to get someone to talk to him. They ignored him and made him set in the lobby for over a half hour and no one would see him. . So, if this is the kind of car lot you would like to buy a car from, go right ahead. You have been warned. My name is Don Simpson and this is the truth so help me. . These kids are a young couple and still in school. Unaware of the sharks out there. I have recommended small claims court. Photos on web did not show paint chips on bumper or ground skirt. Salesman (REX) agreed to put 1/2 tank of gas in car. It was below "E" when I received it. The LOW COOLANT light was on inside the car also when I got it. The radiator reservoir was bone dry. The power steering fluid was less than half full. It has a small oil leak. The windshield wipers are totally dry rotted. The power door lock switch inside the driver door does not work. Yes, it is a 20 year old vehicle and minor things are expected...but those things should have been told to me PRIOR to me purchasing it ! ! ! None of these things were ever mentioned during my talks about the car with the salesman. All these things being wrong with the car shows me that nobody ever checked ANYTHING under the hood. I would strongly suggest you DO NOT have a vehicle shipped to you from this dealer. Go see it for yourself before buying. I will not make that mistake again. Do not recommend this dealer to anyone !!!

I had a very bad credit and I wanted to buy a car. I heard about Atlanta used car. I came here there was one car which I liked was 2014 Toyota Camry but no bank was ready to give me a loan. I was ready to walked out from the dealership but the finance manager approved us from their bank. I was very happy because I loved that car. they are very easy to deal with. they have good banks. they have really good interest rate too.
