Easy service

Seamless service. They picked up my car, serviced it, washed it and returned it to my house. Service rep kept me informed of necessary repairs and cost.

Top notch dealership service department

This dealership is top notch. They provide excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and genuinely forthright about your service needs. The work environment seems to encourage good attitudes and outcomes. They service vehicles from average to top quality racing vehicles. We brought in a sprinter van, they installed a new def system at no charge under mercedes requirements. As it turned out, from running sluggish, it also had a very expensive fuel system replacement need. The Sprinter van service manager, Michael Keklik, took personal care of our needs and helped process insurance. The vehicle was a loss. That said, Progressive commercial insurance paid us the value we bought the vehicle for three years prior. Overall we got out of a stuck situation very favorably.Thanks to Michael, the techs, and Mercedes Benz of Fairfield service.

Great experience! Jon Valentino was a great help when it came to deciding on what options to order. The car was delivered ahead of the estimated time as well. I would get another car from them in the future.

Wish I could give zero stars to this service department....

Wish I could give zero stars to this service department. They are absolutely horrible at keeping you informed about what’s going on with your repair and completely unapologetic when called out on it. My van sat there for 5 work days, untouched, because he service advisor was out and nobody covered his customers. After 4 years of putting up with crap service from this Penske dealership I will be finding a new service provider for my work vans and personal MB vehicles. I stopped buying new from them years ago.

Love location - pls improve service phone operator

Dealership I give five points but. Service got a little funny with me getting there at exactly at 3pm when stuck in traffic with an eta of 3:15pm. After 6 callings and getting no where. Had to get sales to the rescue who handle the loaner like a professional and ease my stress. Flexibility for customers is important. After that smooth sailing with pickup, communication and service was excellent. Great dealership. Recommend to go through sales (always courteous and accommodating) if service is not flexible for proper communication when things don’t go always perfect with timing.

Customer service department is the best.

Had a rubber piece that had fallen from the undercarriage replaced. The service department is world class and all the people in it have been trained to the highest level of customer service.

Nice Guy

My Service Advisor was very personable and nice. The service cost is astronomically expensive; however, the experience was pleasant. The facility is clean and well maintained.
