Angelo of Penske Mercedes In Fairfield is the best

Angelo is the best service advisor we have had in the 10 years we have been doing business with Penske in Fairfield CT. He is very accommodating, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with!

Took my car for service schedule b on oct 21 . Had Angelo , He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make me happy! Gave me 10 percent discount on my service . Now that customer satisfaction and appreciation! There should be more a angelos ,out there!.

Great place to get your Mercedes Benz fixed or serviced! Matt Pikul is a great service manager and Ryan Rodrigues is a terrific service advisor. Highly recommended!

Great fast service!

Great experience got me down in under 1 hours and 15 minutes for the B service which is record time ! Anthony the service advisor was great too! Highly recommend them !

Exceptional service

Exceptional service!! Johnny Yoeun was exceptional in taking care of us. I took our 3 cars and the service was above and beyond my expectations . Was a great experience working with Jonnny. He keep us informed of every single detail or issues with the cars and everything was done to perfection and more important on time. Definitely will continue to take our cars to 5start facility. 10+ definitely recommend you & Mercede Benz of Fairfield! Again thank you Johnny

Dysfunctional Service Departement

The service department at this dealership is dysfunctional. made an appointment, took the car in for a safety feature issue. No return call of auto status until I called and then was advised car is not even looked at and could be days before they can diagnose...why make a service appointment then? Got auto back and within 2 days same issue re-surfaced. Called service manager and no return call after one week. called again and no reply. I am forced to abandon this dealership and go to one that is 10 miles further. I hope I get better results there. MB Fairfield is a stain on the MB brand. Update: wonders of a review... service manager calls after seeing this review. Two calls ignored but within 30 minutes of this review he now has the time. He claims that he has no record of my calls. perhaps I should have recorded my calls to this dealership for "quality control" purposes. I hate to post an update but lack of truthfulness and mediocrity cannot be ignored
