I have bought two new vehicles (E550 and ML350) within the last 10 months, mainly due to your very competent, experienced and easy to work with sales representative Jacinth Samuels. I could have ended up with either BMW, Audi or Mercedes, and Jacinth made it easy for me to choose, a choice I'm very glad for now, driving these two exceptionally nice cars. Jacinth is the best car sales rep I have ever experienced, please take good care of her.

Great experience bringing my car in for service. They were friendly and accommodated my schedule and provided a loaner car similar to what I drive daily.

We brought our car in for the first service and initially did not need to pick up the car till the end of the day however plans changed and we needed the car within an hour or so. John was very helpful and promised us he would do what he can and said we could probably pick up the car within 2 hours. However we did get our car serviced within the hour. He was very courteous, friendly, professional, and asked if we had any other questions or if he could do anything else to make our service experience better. Kudos to all members of the staff at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield, Service Dept. Was a great experience I started with John Urresta who moved way fast. They knew I was coming and everything was a big Go-GO-GO!!!!. A real human swarm around my S550. Mrs Miller was really fast on getting me a loaner that I never got to use since they managed to put their hands into matters right away. I also thank to Moya Singh for her support and kindness.
