The initial check in was quick and easy.

The initial check in was quick and easy. The work performed was thorough and correct. One thing though, I would have liked an initial price estimate of the two items i had indicated, new battery and oil change.

The wait time was ridiculously long!

The wait time was ridiculously long! After getting my oil changed no sticker was placed on windshield for next oil change, tire pressure wasn't checked.. Wasn't pleased with service won't be going back there..

This rating is for this particular visit. Past experiences have been 5 stars or better. For some reason, this oil change, service was subpar. I had an appointment, yet was not acknowledged upon arrival. Oil change took 1 hour, but when service was done and car was returned, no one informed me. I saw car and had to go look for someone to check me out. All good services have an off day. I will keep going as over all, service had been wonderful.
