I appreciate the warm welcome Charlie gave me when I just was looking at a few of the vehicles in the lot without looking to buy. He was very knowledgeable on some of the vehicles I took interest in looking at and very helpful. My review of the service dept was from a former Chevy. The service was very good. I did just purchase a new Chevy No need for service as yet. However, the salesman (Patrick) was very good in aiding me with the new car.

I like the fact I was not hit on the head about buying the car. I told Silverio that the the discussion will be total out the door price. He agreed and we did a short negotiation until I was satisfied.
