THE WORSE MISTAKE I EVER MADE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE FRAUD FRAUD it haven’t even been a full month in I already need a battery for my car a $30k car at that prior to me dropping the car of I explained to the mechanic that my engine light is on in my car died twice so something is going on with the battery the guy told me to drop it of early in the morning in he could try to look at it before my appointment at 4 Because 4PM was way to late of a time for a single parent like ME & I didn’t want to wait a month I dropped the car of in they had the audacity to tell me I need a new battery a new sensor & I can go somewhere else for a wheel alignment because they don’t have the tools for that, The mechanic ask me if I want to pay today or not for them to fix it I told him NO at the time of the call because I have a warranty prior to getting the CAR the warranty supposed to cover that he said NO when I went to the car place trying to get a break down on the warranty in what it covers the guy that sold me the car told me a whole different thing than what they told me before I brought the car so I asked the mechanic when will they be able to fix the battery because I was ready to leave he instantly caught a attitude in told me that I told him NO so I would have to go somewhere else he said we can’t do today , you didn’t want to pay US. LIKE WHY DO YOUR THINK MONEY IS A ISSUE IF I CAME HERE WITH 20k in my pocket why do y’all think money is the issue with this situation??? WHY? The other guy start saying stuff underneath his breath you can go anywhere it’s just a battery, we don’t have to help you, you had the car for a month now, laughing at the situation didn’t care for the situation not 1 bit Like who says things like that he kept telling me to leave before he call the cops!! They had a totally different attitude the first visit I was just so shocked how they treated me now it’s my fault that I brought a messed up battery car from you guys? In y’all want more money out of me, They’re all frauds in liars I’m more upset with myself now that I look into this car dealership they have bad reviews not on Facebook but on google about the same situation YALL overcharge people making cars look nice a month later stuff start going on with the car I don’t understand how parts are missing from the car? In it’s my responsibility to pay for it because it’s been a month than the other guy called the police on me because of course I got upset after they start telling me to leave like I don’t work hard for my money in why do y’all think black ppl care about the police 😂😂 I just paid so much for this car in it’s going on a month in I already need a battery fixed ?? they told the police I can’t come back in they are not going honor my warranty LOL see y’all in court that’s ok i don’t know why people think they can run over you, they do not care about they customers after the sale that’s what they always say people is so sad stay away from the headache spend YALL money here if y’all want to it’s not worth it I’m only 24 this is a lesson learned I had 4 cars in never every dealt with this situation being disrespected about a messed up car they gave me All these happy customers I see on Facebook make me sick because there LIARS I HOPE NONE OF MY PEOPLE DEALING WITH THE SAME SITUATION THEY GOT ME LIKE THEY GOT A COUPLE PEOPLE IN ITS MY FAULT BUT WE WILL BE GOING TO COURT for a fact it’s ok I’ll fix my car somewhere else like y’all told me but y’all going honor this warranty!!! I’m suing YALL for each in every penny I spend. I’m writing this to give ppl a fair warning & do not go of they reviews in them smiles on Facebook like I did it’s xxxxxxxx thank you for selling me a crappy car thank you for no help please do not make the same mistake that I made with this place it’s more dealership that will help with bad credit or whatever situation you going through I WISH I WOULD’VE WENT BACK TO CORNERSTONE !!!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT on 1/26/22. The car started pulling when I was driving down freeway. So I pulled the carfax. Found out it has a open recall for suspension problems. They didn't even tell me about it. I than decided to read my contract qgain. In small print they had my part time listed at $2,200 mth. I only make $800. I also get SSDI. They knew that at the time I purchased car. They also junked the title to my trade in vehicle on the same day and sent me a letter. I have to drive this to and from work and could get into a bad accident. I was told by their bank that I make payments with that I would have to break contract to get out of it. I filed a complaint with the attorney generals about this. Very unhappy customer. I want my money back!

They’re too fast when you looking for a car. Only gave you a little to pick from after they get loan from yours credit acceptance. How much they charge me. I should’ve got to pick any car from the lot. People that’s work there are very nice But so expensive!!!!🤑

The guys at this location are superb. All of my questions were answered very professionally. But most importantly, everyone I felt with was honest. If the car was not a good one for me, it was said as much. Thank you guys, hope to see you all again soon .

I really liked the place and the customer service was pretty cool.My car had a problem with the engine and the oil change was done too.

Really helpful staff loved the process of buying my first car. They explain the whole process and it’s amazing getting the help of people that love what they do.

I spent an entire day bouncing around from dealership to dealership looking for a used car. Once I arrived here, I was greeted by friendly people with integrity, unlike any dealership I had visited earlier. I felt no pressure to buy and was given honest answers and information I didn't even ask for. In the end I wound up getting an amazing deal and have owned the car for roughly one year now with no problems!

Everyone here is very nice. Easy to talk to and answered my questions honestly. Brandon was very helpful and knew his stuff when I asked technical questions about the car I looked at.
