Customer service great, we are from 4 hours away they went over the car in detail with us over the phone. We made the trip their and the car was as described. They even held it till we got their, they made the buying process a smooth and easy one from being out of state. The office and shop is very clean and pleasant. We will buy again and recommend!! I purchased my '07 Camry in Sept. 2014. Everything was great with the vehicle, except a small tear in the back seat and it needed a wheel alignment. They agreed to fix the tear, but deemed the wheel alignment unnecessary, as they believed it just needed more air in the tires. My fiance put more air in the tires, but it still needed the alignment. My fiance expressed his frustration, in which they agreed to take care of the alignment to make us happy. We left very satisfied and I am enjoying my Camry. Affordable cars, and good customer service.

My son bought this van was soso but then tires put on oil change tried putting wire was hanging down they did something would not run had only few months died on my daughter in law local gas station think they would send some one to look at it spent 4 hours had tow home mile they have not good following in small town!

I bought my car from Granite Auto virtually online. The sales team was honest, forward, and very helpful. I saw their ad on cars.com and requested more information from them. They were quick to respond and even sent extra pictures to make sure I knew what I was getting into. They had the answers to all of my questions and trusted me to hold the car until I could arrange a trip to pick it up. I would have no hesitation believing anything they say about a car or dealing with their sales staff. I'm sure their technicians are top notch as well. The price was also the best I could find in my full year of searching for my awesome car. My only complaint is that their lot is not paved and the dust hid a few of the scratches on the car (not a deal breaker). I wish them luck getting the lot paved.

The sales staff was GREAT in helping me find a cheaper used truck. The guys in the shop are helpful. I would recommened them to family and friends. I will purchase my next truck or car from them.

They had just what i needed and the price was awesome. A very clean place great saleswomen. They always have new stuff on the lot everyweek so i can't wait till i hand my truck down to my daughter so i can buy another one they have so many options and styles very satisfied
