The way the salesman took me and my wife thru all the issues and question we had about the unit we were buying. The guy was very efficient, and polite, very respectful and clear with all the explanations and information given to us.

Today my husband and I were "just looking" before we purchased our third Hyundai. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and negotiated the perfect deal that we could not refuse. The finance and package options were also explained very well without pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today - especially when Ben helped me set up the Bluetooth feature to my cell phone. From the moment we contacted Taylor Hyundai, I felt they really listened to my needs and went at my pace that I was most comfortable with. It is already very difficult to purchase a new car and figure out all the options. They were patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I have been to other dealerships that made me feel like I was just a quota to them. They really took the time to go over everything. I even got a tour of the service department.
