My car was in very bad shape within the second week of having it. Took a very long time to return my call, and was very rude

Overall service was horrible
These people put me into a car and took me out of it less than a month later .. they harassed me on a new finance options once I left the dealership Which was absurd. I did everything these people asked me to do and they still literally gave up on me because of shortcomings on their end. Once I returned the vehicle the sale rep told me that “I should be Grateful that I was getting my down payment back” which also was beyond me . Once the deal reversed they started to have very poor customer service towards me . I’m still waiting on my $2000 refund from them . Steve in finance told m that my funds would be back into my account affective immediately . I have yet to receive my refund .

Staff is prompt with appointments, courteous and welcoming. Great services and clean facility. The service department was very knowledgeable about services they offered as well.

Salesman gave me different vehicle options that fit my monthly budget. I am very pleased with my vehicle. Service department is very accommodating for appointments.
My sales person name is Andre very excellent sales person caring patient knowledgeable professional funny he is the best sales person I’ve had in a long time I wish I had the money to buy a car every week from him
Made an appt to test drive a vehicle. Spoke with sales agent 3 times. She promised to have vehicle ready. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was snowed in and she had left for the day. It took an hour to get into the vehicle and get it started. No one knew about the features and functions of the vehicle. The 2nd sales agent asked if I had check stubs.... I considered that as racial profiling. Tried to return the vehicle but they would not take it back. I'm only giving a 1 star rating because I can't give a 0.
