i had the worst experience with this dealership ne

I purchased a 2013 ford f150 extended cab on february 22 when i looked at it was very good condition i realized it had a check engine on.I went to talk about the engine light. He told me he would have it fixed before we pick it up. We pick it up in the beginning of march after we left the dealership we noticed the light was on so the next day we called them they told us to bring it in. Then they wanted us to bring it home to make a appointment but I would leave it here. Then agreed to leave it. About a week goes by. Then he tells me to bring it to chris's auto clinic and talk to nick we dropped it off on march 14. A few days later we talked to him he told me it was a p0016 code. Then he told me it was the timing chain that it would take about 2 weeks i said that was fine then 2 weeks passes. then this where starts going bad. I called them 2 times week asking about the truck and that parts didn't come in or they were working on it. After over 2 month's i asked for the diagnostic papers for what was wrong with the truck but all he said you can call the cops i was done with him. i had my brother try to talk with him. When he talking to universal motors they wanted me to use the extended warranty to cover the cost to fix the timing chain. But he didn't think it was the warranty company should pay. My brother just got a lawyer. when he talked to the lawyer they told him that what he was doing was illegal because it was a pre existing condition. Also they never said anything about purchasing a extended warranty. There all talk i would not recommend them to anybody and he still has the truck and i am making payments for something I don't have

Buyer beware

Stay away from this place. They will take your money for a deposit and when you can’t work a deal they give you the run around on refunding you. There’s not one single good thing I can say about this place. The sales people are shady and liars and the finance people and owner are even worst. Do yourself the favor and take your business anywhere else but here

Amazing F150

Arvind was amazing; I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and drove home with the truck I've always wanted.

Issues w/ truck, ghosted by owner

I traveled from my home state of Maine to this dealership and traded in my Kia towards a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 at the very beginning of Nov 2022. Immediately it had issues within 15 min of leaving the dealership after I filled it up with regular unleaded gas. The truck would hesitate shifting gears or sometimes not shift at all, and RPMs would fluctuate. I brought the truck back to them. They told me it was probably because the old owner had the "better gas" in it and when the "better gas" mixed with the regular gas it was giving the truck issues. I was told the problems would likely resolve as the "old gas" worked its way out of the system, although the issues might return once on my drive back home. After a few days with the problems persisting, I learned that mid 2010s GM trucks are notorious for their transmission issues, and after giving my mechanic a detailed rundown on what I was experiencing, I was told that was likely my issue. I called the dealership back and explained the situation to Matt, who helped me with the purchase of the truck and appears to be the owner of the dealership. He said he didn’t want to be known as a dealership that sold defective cars, that he still had my vehicle, and to bring the truck back and he’d return my car. That phone call took place in mid-November. I was told by Maine's title dept that I would have to wait for the titles on both vehicles to finish transferring completely before any exchange could occur. I paid extra to put a rush on the title and paid for an overnight Fed Ex mailing label for the processed title to make it to the lienholder, and I called the dealership and explained what was going on. After waiting for the title to travel from my town’s registration dept to the state’s title dept, and then from there to the lienholder, the title arrived on Dec 9th. I then thought I could finally initiate the process of returning the truck and then getting my car back. Since then, I have never been able to reach Matt again. I'm either told that he out of the office that day, that he is there but busy and that he will call back (which he never does). In the time before Christmas, I was told he was out of the country due to a family emergency. After Christmas, I was told that he was still on vacation until the new year. It is now the 11th of Jan and I still have yet to reach Matt, despite numerous phone calls with the dealership. Whenever I explain my issue to the person I talk to, I'm told that it is a “Matt” issue & that no one else there can help me. Were it not a four hour drive, I would have shown up at the dealership multiple times already. I have been driving a truck with a faulty transmission back and forth to work for over 2mos now, and it is stressful being forced to rely on a vehicle you you can’t trust. You wonder if today is finally the day it becomes undriveable as you feel the issues get worse. It will sometimes lurch violently when you attempt to speed up from a stop, it will sometimes shift out of the current gear but hesitate shifting into the new one, the engine RPMs will spike, and then the truck will lurch hard as it completes the shift. It will frequently make a loud vibration sound that sounds to be coming from under the truck, and will stop when I let off the gas or press it down a bit more. Once it even began to shake and shudder violently as I was driving. I was given a rough ballpark estimate of a minimum of $5k to replace or rebuild the transmission in the truck by my mechanic, who I have trusted working on my vehicles for almost a decade and has yet to let me down. I have put off writing this because as a small business owner myself I know how impactful reviews can be, but I don't know what else to do. This is a last ditch effort for me to get the problem resolved before $5k+ has to be spent to fix the truck. I'm copy-and-pasting this review and posting it on Google, Facebook, and submitting it to the Better Business Bureau.

ENGINE LIGHT ON MINUTES AFTER BIG PAYMENT

My husband just bought a 2010 F150 truck from them. The only driving was from the lot to home. On his way the engine light came on. They gave him a 30days warranty on the vehicle, he bought extended warranty. Maybe they underestimate my husband, but he has a strong educated woman for a wife. I am looking over their "Lubricant" warranty. I am truly hoping that they have some decency in them and make sure this thing resolves in a positive way. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Trash xxx dealership SCAM ARTIST.

Terrible. I bought a car from here, and not even a month later the rear wheel bearing had to be replaced. A month after that serpentine belt tensioner is loose and I’m literally sitting on the side of the road (right now) in a car I’m still making payments on because of it. Tie rods don’t have the rubber boot on it, and they sold me a car that was way over due for an oil change.
