Kevin helped us find the right car for our needs. He was thoughtful and very understanding of our time frame. I would highly recommend Kevin and would come back again because the service he gave us was outstanding.

The entire sequence, from the first call to Josue Chavez to purchasing our Tucson, went smoothly and took less than 2 weeks. Josue was very accommodating and we wound up with the bar my wife wanted. Josue was very good at his work!

I like the way they are straight forward with pricing, no commissions or haggling. They were patient with me when I had questions & delays. Shawn McGreevey was great to work with and helped me through the process. I love my new car, & I’m thankful for planet Hyundai.

Made a promise to replace my windshield and it was done in timely and transparent manner. The initial contact person, David was professional, polite, and truthful.

This was the absolute best dealer I have ever worked with! I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. Gus was the absolute knowledgable salesman.

Agreed to purchase a car until finance department added undisclosed and unwanted add-ons to the purchase price of $1250. While he agreed to remove the fees after discussion, he was unapologetic. His manager was likewise unsympathetic and complicit in supporting this practice. Also, while they say they have no dealer handling fees, it is their common practice to make you pay $599 for the 3M Clear Mask. They say this fee is mandatory to buyer. Sales person Ellie was great. Finance manager Samuel Fields and his manager Hoan Bui were horrific. Consumer beware!

I leased a new Ioniq 5. Evan was very knowledgeable about the car. Despite the dealership being very busy, he patiently explained the process thoroughly and it went exactly as described.
