Terrible car they don't care after the sale.

Terrible car they don't care after the sale. When there is a problem is always not the company fault. Hyundai made a bad engine and won't stand by it

Great customer service!

Great customer service! Lisa and Shawn were eager to listen to my needs, they were great! Explained everything with patience and taught me all the details of the car I wanted to purchase. Very polite and friendly.

I REFUSE TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR !!! THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORSE. ABSOLUTE PIECES OF TRASH. THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE TRASH. PLANET HYUNDAI SENT ME AN OFFER TO BUY MY ELANTRA FOR JUST UNDER $3000.00 DOLLARS, IF I COME IN. 3 MONTHS INTO MY LEASE, MY ELANTRA ENGINE CEASED. THEY TOOK BACK MY ONLY FORM OF TRANSPORTATION FOR 13 WEEKS TO REPLACE MY SEIZED ENGINE. THEY DID NOT HAVE A LOANER VEHICLE FOR ME UNTIL THE LAST 2 & 1/2 WEEKS. I WAS FORCED TO USE UBER TO GET TO WORK WHICH THEY ALSO MANIPULATED TO NOT HAVE TO COVER THE PAYMENTS FOR THROUGH MANIPULATIONS AND UNAVAILABILITY TO GET AHOLD OF. OMG never again. Salesman couldn’t even put new tr

Poor sales staff, difficult to deal with. Last dealership I would ever recommend to purchase a car. No haggle policy allows for poorly trained kids to sell cars.

Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.
