Service writer was great, however it took too many visits to hopefully resolve the problem. I feel that the problem and replacement of the power unit actually caused the failure and replacement of the main battery.

Correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly make the proper repair. Frank was up-front with the repair cost, which I appreciated very much.

Had Transmission drain flush and replace filter. Repairs were not completed correctly. Gaskets were replaced and not replaced correctly causing leaks. Had to have a local repair shop finish the job.

First off Sahid was great!!! However it ends there. Technicians really struggle to diagnose problems and correctly fix issues. My truck was in and out of service for roughly two years and I just picked it up two days ago with it still having the check engine light on and Chrysler now wants to buy me out of my warranty. Have been a loyal customer and have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership but will no longer be a returning customer. Service really lacks problem solvers and the way business is conducted really falls short.
