My experience here was great. The service I received from Nelson (our sales person) and Patrick (finance) was impeccable. I've never had such a great experience while purchasing a vehicle before. I HAD to take the time out to say thanks again. Be sure to ask for Nelson if you are ever considering purchasing a car here.

Broken promises
Bought a used Audi. Master key was missing, but salesman promised they'd have a new one the day after closing. No replacement key was ever received, and they stopped returning my calls. If they'll cheat you on something like that, just imagine the big stuff!

BMW M4 inquiry
Don't waste your time with this Dealership. Nelson who's in charge of Used car sales is unprofessional. I was in the Market for a BMW M4. Had a pre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle, secured the financing only to have him sell the car without notifying me. 🤡

Misrepresentation, No Follow-up and LIES !!
Don't Buy here, just move on to a credible dealer. Misrepresented vehicle options, condition and replacement tires and brakes. " We are a Rolls Royce, Bentley Dealer we do things 100 % , yes 100% the wrong way...Walmart brand replacement tires, Napa Brake rotors and pads, on a $42k dollar 35 k miles Lexus...not to mention cracked windshield, damaged front bumper that was damaged in pictures, " No we repaired that" Nope they didn't... scratched sill plates in door steps, beat up floor mats a " Certified" vehicle sticker on windshield, certified ...what that we lied about it's condition?? Not done yet, I paid with a Bank check, 14 days later I'm still waiting for the title , which they had in the store, at least I was emailed a picture before I traveled five hours to buy it. I left without it, as " the office sends that out" well I guess not be cause 14 days later I don't have it and my Lexus is parked in my garage , can't drive it. All ready spent $1600 on repairs they should have done...GM Jim Caruso promised me a check for $1000 towards the repairs...guess what, it must be with the title that has never arrived, and he is not responding to multiple emails and calls. Rotten from the top to the bottom !! Don't SPEND $10 here , they don't care. I should have known with a Google rating of 3.8 but again ,I TRUSTED THEM !! Big mistake !!! Lies , Lies Lies

Great Reps!!
Richard Alfonso was my salesman, and I'll have a seriously difficult time getting another vehicle from anyone else! Not just Richard, but the entire staff I met at Paul Miller was awesome. Nobody ever likes the finance guy, but I certainly did! Anthony was awesome!! Great dealership! Well worth the drive all the way from York, PA!

Salesman made the experience outstanding
I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi S6 from this dealership. My salesman, Jim Federico, was accomodating and all business. I am very much a car guy and without a doubt nitpick all the details of my vehicles as well as the purchase and I understand that can be dificult to a salesperson; but Jim was nothing but a pleasure. I got a very fair deal, he addressed any and all issues I found with the car (which I am sure an average person wouldn't either notice or care) and he did same with no issues. He most definitely made my buying experience worthwhile. If this dealership wishes to keep customers, they should keep Jim Federico on the payroll!
