Our sales person, Chris, was by far the best salesman I have ever had. Frankly his expertise and desire to get us in the vehicle we wanted vs whichever... may have had the higher commission made all the difference and was why we went with the xc60 over some of the competition.

Spilled a drink in the front between the seats. Drink impacted the solenoid, which is below the shift lever. Couldn't shift the car out of park (this... is a bad design). Tried all the fixes from Youtube, but nothing worked. Took the car in, was quoted $220 and picked it up only to find a bill for $405. No apology, no explanation. In fact, the service advisor insisted that he told me $405 originally. Fortunately, I had texted my wife with the amount he quoted me at the time that he made the quote. He insisted that he never said $220. Had to talk to the manager and show the text message. An overall crappy experience.
Mike and Jared made the buying process extremely easy. I was dreading car shopping and sitting in the delearship for hours filling out paperwork. They... let us fill out a lot of the forms online and then we came in the next day to sign the final papers and pick up the vehicle. It was so much faster than I expected! Will recommend the delearship to everyone.
