Buyers Beware!

Buyers Beware!! I purchased a vehicle a little over a month ago, check engine light came on the same day that I took it off the lot. I returned the next day, they serviced it saying it may be a hose. Couple days later light back on, they say its the turbo and to bring it back in a few days once they get the part. My vehicle has been in service for a month!!! I'm still waiting for a proper explanation besides the new parts are defective. This has gotten beyond ridiculous. Communication is terrible about the situation but was obviously no problem during the buying process. I'm tired of leaving messages with no response therefore here I am. Hopefully this helps with getting my newly purchased vehicle returned with the faults corrected since i would have never purchased it with a Engine Light on. Hopefully my update will be a positive one **UPDATE** Land Rover is still in service for about 2 months and still no communication just the run around. I have filed a complaint with Office of Attorney General Bureau of Consumer Protection to assist in this matter. Once again hopefully my next update will be a positive one **UPDATE 2** Vehicle picked up on Monday June 2nd and within a few days ENGINE LIGHT back on for turbo code but here is the kicker my engine caught fire late Sunday night June 8th. This cannot be a coincidence therefore I'm claiming negligence here. This has become a delicate matter now that my life was on the line and the response was it may be time to file a claim with my insurance company. Totally unacceptable, since the purchase of this vehicle the Dealer has had it longer than I. I can't keep the vehicle longer than a week before I'm giving it back to fix something. They are going to use the buying "As-Is", but a customer is making a purchase without immediate and even life-threatening issues. This is solely about treatment of customers and being take advantage of that this point. I'm simply sharing my experience so buy at your own risk but in all my years have never dealt with a situation like this. Once again....Buyers Beware!!!

Mark helped me with every and any questions I had. Every one there was patient and very nice. The suv i looked at was beautiful and they all were super helpful. Each one of them from mark to brandon and Scott all made the process of buying a car super easy! Highly recommend.

Horrible business practices and customer service.

Horrible business practices and customer service. Purchased the vehicle in September 2024, but the suspension failed two weeks later. Warranty Company failed to "accept" the claim. Took four weeks to Repair. In December 2024, the Back hatch would not lock, and then the SRS system failed; I called Selden and was told to bring the vehicle to them. The vehicle was towed to Selden. Kept vehicle until March 2025, no diagnosis, no repair. I was told the problem was the battery. I paid 500.0 for a new battery. No other repairs were made, and no warrant claim. I was threatened and told to come to get a vehicle or incur a 25.00 per day storage fee. The hatch was still faulty; SOS Warning came 2 days after getting the vehicle back. We will be selling this junk to buy a car.

Bought a Porsche and BMW.

Bought a Porsche and BMW. THE SAME DAY AMAZING PEOPLE UNTIL I PAID.. THEN USELESS. MY BMW CANNOT PASS THE MOTOR VEHICLE TEST IN NJ. THEY DONT WANT TO INOW ME NOW. BUYER BEWARE.
