BUYER BEWARE I purchased a very nice Volvo XC60 here
BUYER BEWARE I purchased a very nice Volvo XC60 here in January. Everything initially seemed to be in order. I discussed the vehicle with the salesman, Jim, who reassured me that all of their cars are inspected by their shop and that this vehicle had no issues. I drove the car approximately 90 miles home. Shortly after arriving, the engine began making a loud, concerning noise coming from the belt system, and the heat also stopped working. The following day, I took the vehicle directly to a Volvo dealership near me. After inspection, they identified approximately $5,000 in necessary repairs, including a complete rebuild of the accessory belt system and a clogged heater core. The Volvo dealer also informed me that it appeared something had been added to the coolant system. Additionally, I noticed belt conditioner sprayed throughout the belt system, which appears to have been used in an attempt to temporarily mask the problem. I have contacted Jim, as well as someone named Scott (who I believe is part of management), multiple times and provided full documentation of the issues along with proof of the minimal miles driven since purchase. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any acknowledgment or response. Yes, the vehicle was sold "as-is." However, the condition presented at the time of sale was significantly different from the issues that were later discovered, including what appears to be attempts to conceal known problems. After researching online, I have found other customers reporting similar experiences. I strongly advise exercising caution when considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership unless you are prepared to potentially face significant repair costs shortly after purchase.

I purchased a Range Rover from Selden Motors and have a great experience. We had the car shipped to us and the transaction was very easy. Cody did a great job going over the condition of the car and walking us through the whole process. We will definitely be back.

I'll try to make this short but to start 1 star is two
I'll try to make this short but to start 1 star is two much, negative 5 is more like it. Arived at the dealer after seeing and putting a required $1000 after seeing the car two days before. The car was supposed to be ready for pickup on a Monday at 4:30. As soon as I walked in the sales manager asked me for the bank check which the sales man never told me about. I told him I had a personal check and they wouldn't take it. They told me zi would need to come back tomorrow. We agreed that I would finace it all instead so we could leave with the car. When I went to look at yhe car it had buffer burn marks in tbe paint that where not there before. At that point I yold them that I didn't want the car and wanted my money back. They informed me that they would mot refund my money if I didn't take the car. I was xxxxxx. I did leave without the car and I am trying to get my money back. Horrible customer service and thiefs.

Bought a car 2 months ago from out of state.
Bought a car 2 months ago from out of state. Upon delivery to me, I found the convertible roof not working, rear view mirror broken, radio not working, heated seat not working, and in general in need of costly repairs. Despite continuously reaching out to Scott (manager and part owner) and Nikki (part owner), I've gotten almost zero response and nothing done to remedy the situation. Absolutely horrible attitude toward customers. Seeking legal action.

Careful what you buy.
Careful what you buy. When car is sold as-is extended warranty does not cover existing problems, just demonstrably new ones. Bought the warranty and was denied by insurance, claiming pre-existing condition. Will not buy a car without a dealer warranty ever again.

I bought a car from this dealer 5 weeks ago.
I bought a car from this dealer 5 weeks ago. The temporary tag they issued has the WRONG VIN number on it, which leads me to believe my hard tags will be wrong too! I have made SO many phone calls to address this and I am the only one concerned! In the meantime, I just out here driving around illegally! I’ve never had buyers regret about anything until buying from this dealer!

Cody sold me a 2014 VW Passat SEL TDI with 68,000 miles .
Cody sold me a 2014 VW Passat SEL TDI with 68,000 miles . I was told it was just inspected and there was no check engine lights .I paid for the vehicle and it took 2 weeks for paperwork to arrive and another 2 ½ weeks for them delay arranging delivery . I Finally had to arrange delivery myself to get my car . As soon as it arrived on the enclosed trailer . Started to drive it off and all the check engine light where on . Sent it to a VW dealer and they said that someone cleared the codes intentionally to show no problem . The airbag lights, engine lights , traction control and tire sensor lights all had code issues . I called to let them know and never heard back from them . This Scott person is very elusive . I was told he would arrange shipping and deal with me on the bogus inspection .Of course he never called about transportation and never called about the codes being intentionally cleared . Don't buy from them . I'm communicating with the state police about the bogus inspection and the fact it shouldn't of passed inspection with those code . Ayrton Michael
