Already affiliated with an former employee from a different location, I knew a little about 44 Auto Mart. However, every lot is different. Upon calling... in reference to a truck, Steve - the owner, took care of myself and my fiance' personally, before turning us over to Rod. Rod seemed very knowledgeable about the '07 Titan we were interested in, and took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. Having set up an appointment, Steve had it detailed beforehand for us. Low and behold, an hour later, we drove off the lot in a "NEW TO YOU," handsome Titan. Thanks 44 Auto Mart, you took care of us! I would recommend their salesmanship to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I went to the lot to get a car that would get me from A to B but thanks to Rhett I left with a 2016 Chrysler 200S for an affordable price. I am BEYOND SATISFIED with the service that I received from 44 Auto Mart in Shepardsville, Kentucky!!! I'd been shopping around for the car I wanted for... a couple of months, and I finally came across the perfect plum crazy purple Dodge Challenger! I live in southwest Georgia, and run a business on top of being a full-time Mommy, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get to the car before someone else bought it. I called the number attached on www.cars.com, and I happened to get my amazing salesman Nick. I believe about 2 weeks passed before my boyfriend and I were able to actually make that 9 hour drive to the Shepherdsville location, but Nick stayed on top of keeping in touch with me the entire time! Since graduating from high school, 15 years ago, I've always been given 3 hand me downs that I'd hung on to for YEARS. So, this was my very first car buying experience. I know that I had to have explained that to Nick at least 50 times within those couple of weeks, and he was extremely understanding and soooo patient with me. He made sure not to load too much information on me, he explained every single thing to me about the car buying process (and broke it down when I still didn't understand), and he always remained patient with all of my millions of questions. Even as I was signing my paperwork with Samantha, she was the exact same. She went through all of the different numbers with me when it came to purchasing my warranty, and didn't mind explaining how every single penny was calculated. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with my new car all cleaned up, parked in the very front, and it had a huge red bow on top! Talk about going about and beyond!!! That's the kind of stuff that I've only seen in movies and all over social media. It definitely put the icing on the cake. I traded my old challenger for the same amount that Kelly Blue Book priced the value, and we rode off to Louisville to enjoy a nice weekend in the city. Before going up there, I read plenty of reviews on every site possible. After the service that I received, it's very hard for me to believe many of the things that were said. We rode all over Louisville, back to Shepardsville the following day, then on down to Georgia. I haven't had any problems at all with my car. Absolutely none. The ONLY small problem that I ran into was the calculation of the taxes once I got back to Georgia to get my tag. This is where you'd want to do your own research ONLY IF you're coming from out-of-state to purchase your vehicle. Georgia's laws are different when it comes to the title of a vehicle, and our taxes are higher as well. I called Nick to explain everything that was going on once I got to the Tax, Tag, & Title office, and he immediately got Claude, his manager, involved. Claude and Nick handled everything with ease, and have even reached back out to me since then to ensure my satisfaction. My boyfriend and I will definitely be going back to 44 Auto Mart in Shepardsville to trade his Challenger in, and of course we'll still be shopping with Nick. From the time that I pried the value of my car on KBB, I had a TON of salesmen and saleswomen reaching out to me that were within a 50 mile radius of my location. None of them actually listened to what I said I wanted in my next vehicle. They all just wanted to make whatever sale they could. Nick made the connection with me, made sure to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond before, during, and after my purchase - as well as Claude and Samantha! I'd recommend them over and over and over again! I'm absolutely elated with my purchase and I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Traded my Denali 3500 in wide a lot of aftermarket parts and one of very few dealerships that will treat you right and not take advantage of you and offer... nothing for your nice trade. Salesman was very polite helpful and respectful would recommend them thanks for the easy transaction process.
