everyone seems to know their positions very well being friendly and dedicated to the job at HOMANS its has great GM Benefits along with having a loaner to use while car is being serviced if necessary. Great lounge area while waiting. I have been a customer for over 20 years it was the best dealer choice that I made since my other dealer retired but I did go to Holiday before Homan but did not like their xx of red, blue, yellow teams was not good and lack of customer skills was very poor they parked my car out in the lot among others had to look for it whereas Homans keeps it inside if weather is nasty or right out side the door very convenient. They are great to deal with but the only thing they should be advertising on the POLKA POLKA POLKA TV Show to gain more customers.

I bought a vehicle less than a month and a half ago and it's been in the service center five times already. Their solution is to return the vehicle and give us back our money. We don't want to return the vehicle, we just want it fixed. When the sales guy asked me if the next thing they do doesn't fix the vehicle, then what. I said it's up to your service guys, they're the ones who have to figure it out. He laughed. I didn't think it was very funny. Now they refuse to work on our vehicle at all.

My husband and I have been doing business with Homan since 1990.we will not go anywhere else. They are like talking to friends. No pressure. Always friendly no matter who you talk to there. We would recommend them 100%.

Bought my Jeep about three years ago. Not from Homan. Salesman never got back to me. Do go there for my service. Awesome. If anything extra needs to be done they call you before they do the work. Sales department is horrible they never call you back. Went there 2 months ago to inquire about a vehicle never got an answer from salesman. Went back early last month to inquire says he has not time to ask his boss. Still have not heard from them.
