very personable owners, great customer service and honest. vehicle while older was in great visual and mechanical condition. two years and have only purchased tires, brakes and rotors. would shop there again.

With any used car that you are looking to purchase, you must do your due diligence. You need to research the car online, you need to research the dealer on line. But the most important thing is to go in person and see how the car is and talk to the dealer. If you know anything about cars, look over it, take it for a test drive. If not, take it to your mechanic. Then see how the dealer acts/reacts to your questions. Simple as that. Many people don’t get it. These are used cars, they will have issues crop up. My experience at Sleepy Hollow went well, because I followed this advice. I bought a dirt cheap car that wasn’t super pretty, but the motor and transmission were good. I know it needed a few things, and was willing to get those taken care of after the sale. I drove the car over a thousand miles right off the lot before I took it in to get those issues fixed. It gave me no problems, and Mark and Larry were very accommodating in answering my questions and discussing the sale with me. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Quality used cars, quality salesman and owner.

Larry was very nice and handled the sale of the car very efficiently. Nice to do business with him. His car lot was the first one we went to. Needless to say we did not go any further. We love the car.

Truck runs great no problems it will be with me for awhile very clean and they help you astablish a credit thanks so much Larry

Terrible Customer service ever. I would not recommend that you buy a car from here ever. Stay away. You need to go somewhere else and purchase a car from there.

Don't ever but a car here. If it were possible to leave no stars I would. Owner has NO personality and was useless when it came to explain the car buying process. He can't be bothered with actually trying to help his customers. Would not budge on the price at all but I needed a vehicle at the time so I regrettably bought an SUV and it wouldn't even start on the lot. Have had nothing but problems for a month after and he insists nothing is wrong with the vehicle and refuses to do the work himself and demands I take it to his "friend" who will not honor the warranty. Don't give this "man" any of your hard earned cash. Spend it at a dealship where the vehicles actually run and they will honor your warranty. You couldn't pay me to buy another vehicle here. STAY AWAY.

I recently bought a 2006 Trailblazer from Sleepy Hollow. It was the best used car buying experience I have had. I had done enough research to know the vehicle was a great price (below market value), so I thought maybe there was an issue with it. After a visual inspection and test drive, I decided to buy the car, hoping no hidden issues would pop up. The 3 month warranty that was included was a help. I have had the vehicle for 2 months now and it has performed beautifully. I have not needed the warranty! I am extremely pleased with the Trailblazer and the no-hassle experience at Sleepy Hollow. I hope it is a long time until I am in the market for another used vehicle, but when that time comes, i will be sure to check Sleepy Hollow first!

Family owned business and it shows. Larry does everything. He really cares about what cars he buys and how he conducts business. Very respectful, to the point yet not cold . I didn't feel I was being "sold". I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima. Everything was immaculate. When I showed up he was replacing the battery just because the old one didn't feel right to him. I would recommend anyone purchase from Larry. He's been in the business this long for a reason.

We bought a car years ago from Sleepy Hollow. So when we needed another one, and saw what we wanted was from the same dealer, we didn't hesitate to drive almost an hour to get there. After a test drive, we bought it!
