My service rep was Brandon was on lunch when I came in.

My service rep was Brandon was on lunch when I came in. He made sure to come find me and introduce himself on his return from lunch. He was very communicative and ensured I was satisfied with the service and treatment received

Service was very good.

Service was very good. It exceeded all expectations, which were very high to start with. I was met right away at my door and was walked through the whole process. Even on the pick up , I was greeted at the door and helped until I left. I apologize for not responding earlier.

The absolute worst car buying experience in my life.

The absolute worst car buying experience in my life. A lot of tricks and deception in the sales process my opinion. Sales managers have a problem with being upfront with customers. They get if they can’t make the sale. It has the appearance that they are trained to operate in this manner. Salesman not knowledgeable in the process. For God’s sake him didn’t even know what an APR was. I don’t buy for that reason.

They wouldn't honor the price advertised on their website. Sales played the good cop, sales mgr tried the bad cop. I walked, there's too many options and dealerships in DFW to put up with that crap.

They lost me on the phone when they told me that they add

They lost me on the phone when they told me that they add $1998 to the price of the truck for dealer add ons that probably didn’t cost them $200. To anyone who reads this dealer add ons are a complete rip off, and Freedom is not the only one doing it. Another dealer told me $1750, but I found a dealer who waived their dealer add ons, so that’s my proof it’s a rip off!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Do not waste your time especially with Belinda Eguia. They will lure you in with an email price and as soon as you get in the door raise it and tell you they'd be losing money if they honored it. Belinda Eguia emailed a price saying it was available, I drove from Fort Worth to south Dallas in rush hour traffic only for her to pawn me off on someone else never to face us again. Was informed her husband is a sales manager so it sounds like they are running a bait and switch scam. To add insult to injury they lowballed my trade by $5k saying they use kbb poor condition even though my vehicle is pristine. This place is an absolutely a fraudulent joke, you've been warned.
