Most of my issues with financing, said they could get me

Most of my issues with financing, said they could get me a select rate and then was unable to do so. Then wanted to set up smart pay, I agreed and let them know I was salary and only get paid twice a month. Informed him a couple times yet he still set me up biweekly pulls instead of twice a month so I had to call smart pay myself to fix it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will sign documents for a loan, get a call a week later saying the loan “didn’t go through” so they’ll run your credit 100 more times and then say you better get down TODAY to sign the new documents or they will report the car stolen. Not to mention “Sonny” or “Chuck” is extremely rude and pushy. The insanely unprofessional text messages he sends during WORK HOURS is crazy. I couldn’t believe this was coming from a car salesman.

An update from my 9/9/2004 review.

An update from my 9/9/2004 review. The dealer called a week or 2 later to make appointment to correct a couple error codes on the car after the sale. (2018 BMW 530 X-drive) Took the car in...& error codes were solved after leaving it for the whole day. This is completely understandable as the car wasn't gone thru by them prior. It was pulled out of the service dept. before it's "going-through" & putting it out on the lot for sale. (I basically took it before they could go thru it & correct any issues) This was a no charge "after-sale" maintenance issue. This the interesting part people need to know about.....they called again a week later to make another appointment...for an AUX battery replacement. What!? I'm an older version BMW guy & didn't even know there was an AUX battery in this car and everything in the car was working perfectly. This speaks volumes to the credit of this dealership. They didn't have to tell me or do this & I'd have never know of it...and that needs replacing. I took the car in again & waited a couple hr's. Later I noticed it may have been an electronic battery that must have been on the way out or failing as some personal preferance programming in the car had to be re-programmed. Again, they could have said nothing & I wouldn't have noticed. They corrected all these issues at "no charge" to me. Have to say, this place is not your usual "used car rip-off" place we're all been informed about. I'm very impressed & they have my trust now. G/luck!

Was just browsing looking to possibly purchase. Chuck listened to what I wanted and got me into a car I love. So easy, clear info and Chuck was wonderful!!! Finance was made easy & the information provided was clear and thorough . Definitely will buy next car there as well.
