The stag is exceptional, very honest and their work is

The stag is exceptional, very honest and their work is bar none! I would Highly recommend them to any family or friends. I have dealt with Mike,Dakota, Derrick and Trinity, they are all top notch to work with. When I purchased our car I didn’t d buy the extended warranty, this was over 2 years ago. I had to have the AC system replaced, our engine seized up and had to have the engine replaced . Our warranty was a zero $ deductible and working with them was painless. Thank you so much for all you have done for us

Mike is the worst service advisor ever.

Mike is the worst service advisor ever. Refuses to look at my vehicle and do the basic maintenance and repairs that are fully covered under warranty. Highly recommend never using this place because of this guy

Horrible place.

Horrible place. Horrible people. Charged a ton extra for warranties that they refuse to use or even look at the vehicle. Vehicle severely broken before purchase and not repaired after purchase. Great con artists

Edgar was very easy to deal with & went out of his way to way to help. His reply to my email about the car was incredibly fast and helpful. I love my car!!!!!!

Sold me a truck that keeps breaking even after repair.

Sold me a truck that keeps breaking even after repair. Would not recommend this dealership. The sales rep I worked with was great. But it’s the overall experience that wasn’t it for me. The truck just keeps having issues even once they fixed some. The AC was broken and they fixed it but now it’s broken again. 2 weeks after getting the truck the shocks went bad. So i definitely do not recommend this place. They also did not mention any mechanical warranty at the time of signing papers for the vehicle.

They went above and beyond to take care of everything I

They went above and beyond to take care of everything I had requested. I appreciate everything they did for my Mazda 6 and would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain to friends and family.

All went well!

All went well! Love my car! I would recommend two things Seems in today’s day and age with everything electronic and digital. Car dealerships could work on speed of the process If carvana can do a deal in seconds why does it take so long in person. And all the paperwork printing and signing. Convert to modern day processing
