Lexus 250H

I worked with Marina, who was very kind and personable. She tried to make the numbers work, then went all the way to the top (the GM Alan) and was able to make the costs work for both me and the dealership. I would definitely work with Len Sloter again should I have another purchase to make.

Len Stoler Lexus Rocks!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned UX 250h AWD. Everyone, including Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Business Manager and Technology Specialist, was very helpful and professional.

Liars

Bought a BMW X5 from Lenstoler Lexus. I asked several times before I purchased the vehicle if they had both keys which Ana told me repeatedly they did have. After I was done with their Finance department , paid for the vehicle etc, upon me taking possession of the vehicle I was told there was only one key available and the other key is at the other Lexus dealership. I was shocked considering all the assurance I had and I need the second key for my wife. I was assured they will find the key and mail to me. A few days later I called Ana the sales rep that sold me the vehicle and she told me they can’t find the key and they would reach out to the previous owner. A couple of days go by and I called again same story. I finally decided to call and ask for a manger the next morning and was able to talk to Chis who said he will talk to the person who comes in at 1 pm and they will call me right back with a solution on the extra key. 5 hours later no call and I called the dealership again and was told Chris left for the day. So I decided to ask for another manager who came on the phone and was rude, sad part is I forgot his name and he told me the same crap the sales person Ana was telling me. I wish I had never bought the truck from Len Stoler Lexus who I thought is/was a reputable dealership based on the luxury brand of vehicles they sell . I have been treated way better from other dealerships such as a Toyota dealership which is not a luxury brand dealership as the supposedly Len Stoler Lexus brand claim to be I regret buying the vehicle from them and still don’t have the 2nd key for my wife. The vehicle I traded for the their vehicle I gave them 3 complete set of keys with their remotes.

Great Experience

Stellar treatment from Alan, Travis, and Travis! I was in out super fast - so fast I was even able to bring my five year old, which could have been a disaster. And they gave me the best number for trade in the entire DV, MD, VA area. This is our fourth car from this dealership and I cant say enough good things about them. Total pleasure.

The Best!

Went to buy a new vehicle on 6/22. Tim Queen is the Best! Showed me different style vehicles, drove them and finally decided on the new UX right off the showroom floor! Tim stayed late just to get transaction done! Everyone from Management to financing were awesome! Definitely recommend them for a new vehicle!

One of my best new car buying experiences.

My recent purchase experience was one of the best I have ever had when buying a new car. Gemma Boyce and Travis Stoler were professional, courteous and interested in getting the car I wanted. In addition I was actually given a quote at the beginning of the purchase process. That can be difficult to get from some dealers. I was able to negotiate a fair price and then just had to wait for the car to arrive. Travis kept me informed about when the car was due to arrive. Once it came in taking delivery was a pleasant painless process with no surprises or high pressure sales pitches from Travis Wagman in finance for add ons. Would highly recommend Len Stoler Lexus and their excellent staff to anyone interested in a Lexus.

Terrible service experience from Len Stoler Lexus

We have to share with everyone the terrible service experience from Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills. For the last 7 years we have bought from this dealer 3 new cars, for a total of over 160 thousand dollars. Oh yeah, they were so nice and polite when they sell their cars. But how did these people change when it comes to the guarantees they gave when buying. They just deceived us by using the name of Lexus. Our GX-460 is 6 years old, when we were looking for a car we wanted a family car with DVD. The salesperson Michael kindly suggested that we install a DVD package for this GX460 if we buy it and that we have to pay a little more than $2,000 dollars for this installation to Len Stoler Lexus. We agreed, and the dealer installed 2 DVD players. When the car was ready it took 1-2 days, Michael called and we began to paperwork for the purchase of this car. Everything was amazing. After 3 years, Michael offered to extend the additional warranty to 8 years or 75,000 miles in case of breakdowns Lexus will cover the repair. When issuing this guarantee, finance manager Travis explained that this warranty is the same as the factory warranty covering the engine, transmission and all electronics parts. I paid to this dealer another 2300 dollars for this extended warranty. I clarified this warranty covers the navigation, DVDs, air conditioning, seat heating? Mr. Travis assured me that Lexus would cover all this and they would not deceive their clients ... Unfortunately this was a lie !!! Now our DVD started to work badly and of course we remembered our guarantee and those promises. We tried to contact the dealer, but it was not easy. They ignored us for 4-5 days. We could not understand what was the matter. After 5 days, we received a call from the service director Michael. He said that we can bring the car and they will fix it, even if the warranty does not cover it. But after 2 days they called us and said that if we want to repair the DVD, then we need to pay them another $1,800 and the warranty does not cover it. Since DVD were installed not original. We began to explain you installed this DVD. You are official dealer and you should bear responsibility for it. We also said that Michael promised to repair, even if the Lexus does not cover the repair. But unfortunately it was also a lie. After 3 days, Michael said that he did not say that. We were in shock. These people are just deceivers. Michael also said that it's your problem that you did not notice what was installed in the car. That's all. These are our problems. And then when we took our car, we found out that someone were eating and leaving McDonald's package with half-eaten food. There was a spilled liquid on the rug. We do not eat in the car. It's just horror, we are shocked by this dealer and their service. We plan to buy a car and of course we will never come here again. And we'll write to the main office of Lexus about our experience with this dealer. We advise everyone to think 100 times before going to this dealer. Sincerely, Denis Priimak

Phyllis Roosevelt is fantastic!

We recently bought a Lexus RX450h from Phyllis Roosevelt and her sales manager, Allan. While you should negotiate to get what you want, they are not hard sell and they negotiate fairly. Initially, they did not have the car we wanted and we did not purchase it. When we called several days later, they kept their word about the initial price. When we got a car on their lot that was MSRP over $500.00 more, they did not simply jack up the price by $500 and agreed to my offer to deduct $100 off that increase. This was equitable and they fit the paradigm of negotiating so that both parties would benefit. Phyllis deserves the highest recommendations for her combination of representing her company, her warmth, and in trying to help her customers.
