The best experience we’ve ever had buying a car.

The best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. Our family actually bought 3 in 4 months. The salesman Steve Spoisal, the sales manager, Phil Pate, and the financial manager Travis were phenomenal. They were all knowledgeable, straightforward and still practice the lost art of Customer Service. No xx and sleazy sales tactics. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience.

I was assisted by Ken Ross in sales and Travis Wagman in finance. The customer service was outstanding, and the vehicle purchased was exactly what I was looking for with all the added options on my list, and more, already installed. There was no sales pressure, and the final price was exactly as negotiated. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

My experience was seamless. My salesman Daryl made me feel like I was his only customer. It was such an easy process and I would do it again and again. I love my new car as well as my salesman.

Awesome Service

Marina new car sales, thank you so much for your knowledge and patience. I walk in and instantly I saw the suv that I wanted, I thought the process was going to take all day. Chase thank you for being professional and knowledgeable about your job. My husband and I drove an hour to Len Stoler Lexus of Owings Mills after speaking with Chase on the phone, who was not pushy, or gimmicky. He also gave us the time we needed to make a decision about the car that was right for us. We are now proud owners of a 2024 premium Lexus NX 350, and we couldn’t be happier.

Recent Purchase of GX 460

Just bought a GX 460. Could not have asked for a better experience. No pressure. Quick and easy sale to get out and enjoy my purchase quicker. Luke was a pro and very knowledgeable. Would give more stars if I could.

Great salesperson and tech guy.

I worked with Marina for the buying process. She was helpful, answered all my questions and was able to get me the car of my choice within a very short space of time. She kept me informed on the progress of the car's arrival and I was able to get it as soon as it arrived. The tech guy Jesse was also great. He explained so many features but also made it clear that I could call him anytime I forgot or needed further explanation on anything.
