PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE I MUST SAY LUKE IS A GD SALE

Had a great experience Luke was professional, informative and very helpful. My wife was a bit hesitant at first but Luke's demeanor eased her uncertainty and made the purchasing experience a breeze

Great Salesman!

Our salesperson, Tim Queen, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He even came in on his day off to show us the car! I highly reccomend Len Stoler.

Nice experience

pleasant staff. went in their 5 pm and by 8 pm we had a deal and took the delivery. Sam is a very efficient salesperson on their team.

Great experience

Tim, provided me outstanding customer service. He was very knowledgeable. Tim answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me while I was deciding on which vehicle I wanted to lease. Tim was very professional, attentive, and courteous. This is my third car I purchased from Len Stolen in Owings Mills and these last two times were with the assistance of Tim. When it is time for another car, I want Tim as my salesman. Everyone else i interacted with during the buying/leasing process, provided good customer service as well. I had an overall great experience.

Happy Customer, Again! 😊

Unexpectedly, my second time around in a year. Both times, with a lot of very personable help from Chase and others on the sales team at Stoler, I was able to look at, try out and buy with confidence. I hope to enjoy this lovely NX300h for many years to come!

I had the best experience purchasing my 2023 GX460 from Phyllis. She was straightforward and even used her personal vehicle to show me all the options. They didn’t have the color in stock that I wanted but they were able to find it in New York. It was delivered earlier than expected!!
