Brought vehicle in due to drivers headlamp intermittently operating. The service tech pulled up the vehicle history and found body repairs, including... drivers headlamp had been completed approximately 18 months prior. While it is true I did not own the vehicle when the work was completed. Denny Menholt did the work and it resulted in the problem I experienced. I feel Denny Menholt should have warranted their work and not charged the labor for that repair. My service bill that day was $1,400. The labor to repair the faulty headlight wiring previously repaired by Denny Menholt was slightly over $200. This left me quite uneasy regarding Denny Menholt?s level of quality, commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.

My wife and I had worst experience ever with this dealership while trying to buy a vehicle. Sneaky! Poor communication! Told one thing and nothing followed... through. Would never recommend to anyone.
I arrived for my 1:00 apt fifteen minutes early. I told the shop personnel to please air my tires. At 3:00:00, after waiting 2 hours for a chip to be... repaired and window coating to be added, I went to the service window and learned my car had been done since 2:00p.m. No one came to the waiting room to tell me the car was done. And my tires never got aired.
I was contacted and the manager I spoke with corrected my situation and apologized. He did a good job of listening to my frustration and offering a solution... to make it right. Thank you.
