Only problem I had was it took 2&1/4 hours to get oil

Only problem I had was it took 2&1/4 hours to get oil changed. Other than that, everything was good.

Great service consultant

For several years I have taken my cars and pickup to Denny Menholt, contacting David Refsland, service consultant. He is friendly, helpful, honest, and dependable. Most recently I took my car in with a couple of problems. Since after inspections neither issue could be resolved at Denny Menholt, but required a body shop, there was no charge.

Excellent service

I had a tire sensor replaced on my Avatar yesterday. After the service was complete I left the dealership only to discover that my battery also needed replacement. I went back to the service department. Scott, my service writer, got me right back in. The battery was replaced and I went on my way to a doctor’s appointment. Scott went above and beyond to get me in and out in an expeditious manner. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate my needs Scott.Well done sir.
