Never informed us of tierod issues and frozen adjusters prior to doing an alignment on our vehicle. Wasn't until they gave us the bill of service that we were informed and were told "did the best they could". Had they told us prior we would have chosen to have the alignnent done later after the other issues had been fixed. Brought this complaint to the service manager and he refused to do anything even though all we asked was to have the alignment redone at no charge after the needed repairs were done. I am going to be in the market for new car very soon.... let's just say I won't be purchasing from Witt Ford. 20k-30k lost in sales for a $70 service. Really bad service and the service manager was very condescending as well. Just because we are women doesn't mean you can take advantage.

Family escape vehicle
Went to Witt Ford in crivits and Savannah found all the great deals .. we were they for maby 2 hours found the perfect vehicle everything went through smooth and everyone was great .. thanks Witt of crivits for the great service and escape

First and Last time at Witt Auto
First time at Witt Auto and will be the last thanks to Patrick Hopkins. I was looking at a new truck when Pat approached. I asked if they had any used ones in this style, he replied "good luck finding a used one like this, but I can get you a good deal on a new one, what's ur price range?" I said I'm looking for a used truck around 25k, what kind of a deal are you looking at on new ones?" Pat said it wasn't worth his time or my time to go over it with me. I never experienced someone in sales who talks to customers the way Pat does. He's very quick and arrogant when he speaks to you like a typical car salesman . I'm sure not everyone is like him at Witt but unfortunately it only takes one. Witt brothers, you need to train him in customer service. I will never go back and will only have a negative story to tell people about Witt Auto.

Be very careful of purchasing the extra warranty!
Buying the car was good! A few months later when things started going bad with the car and we found out our extra purchased warranty from the dealer did not cover it we were sadly disappointed. I would not trust purchasing the extra warranty if major things are not included in the warranty. We were sadly misled.

Excellent Customer Serive
I just purchased a 2010 Ford Edge from Witt Auto Sales and worked with Scott. When I was shopping their lot on a weekend I was unable to see one of their vehicles. Scott drove the vehicle from Crivitz down to Green Bay so that I could test drive it. I thought that this kind of customer service was above and beyond. And because of Scott's over the top customer service I purchased that vehicle.
