Chaotic stressful experience
I was very excited going into the dealer to start my first vehicle buying experience. That changed very quickly as I started the conversation on a truck I was interested in on the lot. The first representative was short and seemed irritated that I was asking questions regarding a used pickup. Never got the name of the individual. He then asked a different sales rep to take me. Cian came out and was helpful at first. I conducted a test drive then came back to utter chaos. There were 3 customers and 5 workers as I came in the door which all seemed stressed out about the customers. Cian asked how I liked it and proceeded to tell me how many people were interested in the truck and that it won’t last long so I should get it if I want it, however, was not “pressuring me.” He informed me that they have the best finance group and can help get me to where I want to be. I informed him that this is my first car buying experience, and that I would like to go through this process slower so I understand what all the information means. We came to conclusion being that it was close to closing time to put down a deposit and to follow up the following Monday. As we are completing the transaction Cian ask a coworker to start his vehicle to warm up. To me, this seems disrespectful to the customer that he is in a rush to get out of the store when there were still unanswered questions. I was simply told on Monday that the finances won’t work. There was no paperwork shown or any explanation behind the finances. As a first time car buyer I was very confused why this was the case. This was all done in the lobby, never in the privacy of an office. I left The dealer without a truck and quite frankly would not recommend or want to do business with West metro.

Jared was great, I told him what I was looking for he got everything together and we walked out that day with a new Terrian. I would highly recommend Jared as your sales person, great customer skills etc.
