Supplemental

Alex was assigned as service tech. Was not knowledgeable at all about cars. Was not aware of damage or repair done less than a year ago at Gandrud of my car. Tried to discuss and only response was that is what technician told him. So I assume the technician that diagnosed my vehicle was not aware of prior damage or repairs so they denied the supplemental to my insurance even though I drove the vehicle for several months till we could get the car in with a crooked frame no torsion bar no control or ABS, I tried to explain how they could impact the wear on the driveshaft especially during the winter and again Alex only response was while the technician said it was where only just horrible service no listening skills no empathy just very poor overall

Had an appointment and when I arrived , the service guy

Had an appointment and when I arrived , the service guy told me I didn't have an appointment and should get in the other lane. Then I had to wait about an hour to get in!! I got just an oil change and had to wait another hour for it to be done! The shop KIDS just took their time as they were playing around like little kids! You need to hire responsible people NOT LITTLE KIDS!! I doubt I will come back!
