Sale representative Bella very unprofessional.

Sale representative Bella very unprofessional. Visit the dealership early June to test drive a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee will attending a military school at Fort Liberty, NC. I completed my military school and was hoping to come back to purchase the vehicle but due to a family emergency I wasn't able to return I was asked to place $100 hold to reserve the vehicle and that the $100 will be return if I came back and purchased the vehicle (which means the it’s refundable) Contact the dealership on 28JUN24, 09JUL24 and today 19JUL24 asking for a refund due to me not being able to comeback. Sale Representative Bella acted confused asking did I receive a receipt for the transaction of the $100. And now is stating that I can not be refunded due to missing out on a sale. Visit dealership site today 19JUL24 and vehicle is still on the lot. Would not recommend this dealership to any family, friends, or military member due to inconsistency, inconvenience and poor customer service.

Waste of time and effort

just now NEW Purchased a BMW X5 first week of August had the vehicle overnight was to return the following day for a windshield repair. Once I arrived in Pittsboro it was smoking and cut off directly in front of the dealership. Gunned it into the lot with various smoke colors coming out. John W said we put bad gas into but loaned us a car to drive back to Ft. Bragg. Three days later he says we must purchase a fuel pump car still smoked after George replaced the fuel pump. The vehicle was towed from SmartCars and has been with BMW since then $28,000 paid and it was driven less than two hours yet I don’t have. BMW confirmed it wasn’t bad gas and a wrong pump was installed. Weiland accepts no responsibility and refuses to take the SUV back. They tricked this solider contacted JAG for help praying for resolution. Beware never pay full price at this spot

Great Service

My mechanic of 15 years moved out of the country. Out of necessity, I had to find a new one. I have had my vehicle serviced at Smart Cars by Weiland twice and I could not be happier with the job they have done. Dylan has gone above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service. dont buy from these guys!

made the mistake of buying a truck form these guy with in a week the transmission and torque converter went out. wheel bearings were so bad it couldn't be alined there were 4 broken exhaust manifold bolts in the engine mass air flow sensor was just laying next to the air box all four brakes were almost metal to metal and they tried to tell it was inspected before I bought it. then refused to return my call. I will never buy anything from them again!

Best Used Car dealership in Chatham County!

A gem with SUPERIOR Customer Service than you get being just another number at the 'big boys' dealerships. John Wieland is absolutely the best salesperson I've ever worked with, and trust me, I've bought MANY cars in my lifetime, esp. having served in the Military (Air Force) and moving a ton of times. The used car/truck selection is large, but what you want is HONEST prices and a good deal on your trade. I got them both. PERIOD. I recommend going no where else but this gem right outside of Pittsboro city proper. They are worth the drive.

Poor Quality

The front struts went out in my car within a week of buying and now 25,000 miles later my alternator has gone bad. Very concerned!

Annoyed buyer

These people haven't sent my licence plate yet and my 30 day tag has been expired more than 2 weeks!! When asked about it I've been given the run-around and wrong numbers!! Very unorganized, very unprofessional, and I can't drive because they won't pay my ticket if I'm stopped now will they??
