I purchased a 2010 BMW 650i E64 from them and have gotten

I purchased a 2010 BMW 650i E64 from them and have gotten nothing but problems. I live out of States. Before purchasing it, I spoke directly with the owner, who assured me the car had never been in any accident and that it came with a clean Carfax. The car was delivered (shipped) to me. Upon delivery, I went on a test drive with the car and got stuck on the road. I called them and spoke to AJ Sales/the manager, who confirmed the car needed a battery. I asked him why they didn't replace the battery while the car was at the lot, and he gave me a bunch of excuses. I towed the car to a shop and bought a brand new battery for $230, plus $150 for towing and $100 to program the battery to the car. I decided to take the car to the dealership to diagnose it and see what else it needed. They found that the car had been involved in a front collision, causing front bumper damage and a broken headlight, which signaled a headlight module malfunction in the dashboard. Upon diagnosis, the front headlamp cost $2,000 💸, and the park signal lamp cost $500, plus $600 to repair the front bumper, not including the rear bumper, missing license plate lights, and a door latch that is misaligned because of the prior collision. I called the dealership several times to speak with the owner about the situation to help split some of the cost and always told that he is out, I left several messages for him to call me back, he never returned my call but before the sale I will call they will merge the call to him directly. Please do not go to this stealership, they are nothing but liars. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS. If you don't want to get ripped off do not go there.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I drove 4 hours to buy a Tesla... when I arrived, the games started immediately and they added $4k to the price of the car as they claim to have already added in the Tesla tax credit. They then referred to a small blurb on their listing that stated they have the right to include discounts, etc. Very dishonest! Outside of that, the car had dents and obvious body work that they claimed to be unaware of. Stay far away!

Disshonest salesman.

Disshonest salesman. Management who doesn't expect his salesman to be honest. Excuses made regarding the condition of the vehicle . And my purchase has left me with hundreds or more dollars in repairs. I asked questions prior to my purchase, and I was directly lied to. Of course, they don't care. Lesson learned. Don't let this happen to you. Awful experience. Awful place to purchase a vehicle.

I was misled on the car’s condition.

Buyer beware this is a dishonest dealer that did not reveal the actual condition of the Mercedes that I purchased from them over the internet. The salesman Dean and Aziz insured me the car was in great condition and did not need anything. For the price I paid and how they described it I was lead to believe the car did not need any repairs and did not have any issues. Upon receiving the car it was unsafe to drive and had many cosmetic issues that they conveniently forgot to tell me. The steering coupler was totally missing any rubber bushing and my mechanic said it could have broken at any time and it was totally dangerous. I immediately had to spend $800 to get the car safe to even drive. The exhaust was totally rusted and cracked and needs replaced. The front spoiler is cracked. The body is dinged and dimpled and I was told it was a straight car. The trunk lid is loose from the braces underneath, the chrome is pitted, the front spoiler is cracked and the inner fender liners are pulled away. The list goes on of things they never mentioned and even the pictures they sent me of the car were different than the condition of the actual car. The slopped on some dye on the leather seats and ruined the original patina that was in the pictures they sent me. The hardtop bolt latches we’re stripped and missing and the climate control blows defrost constantly. There was even an aftermarket cell phone antenna drilled into the front windshield that they forgot to mention. The drivers seat bracket is broken and there was a cut in the leather boot valance. The wheels have paint chipped off and the weather stripping is cut and torn. Non of these issues were communicated to me over the phone and they insisted the car was in great shape all around. They have offered no assistance to me and are not interested in negotiating any resolution and Dean hung up on me on the phone. Steer clear of this dealership and I was told the that even the owner was not interested in discussing any resolution. This dealer represents the reason that you should never trust a car dealer describing the condition of the car you are buying and how you just may be dealing with an unethical sales person.

Not an Honest Business!

The day I bought the 5 series BMW, the oil light came on after I got home. Steam is coming out from the oil cap area, so there was barely any oil in it. They also had to have known about the PVC or PVC cover issue with it because that was diagnosed by BMW and it doesn't show that was ever fixed and the problem remains. They salesman denied knowing anything about this when I called Dax Deals but it's on the CarFax.

The folks at the dealership were very helpful and...

The folks at the dealership were very helpful and forthcoming about the vehicle, it's history, etc. They provided the Carfax report as well. We were in and out in under 1 hour and back on the road home. They had all the paperwork already taken care of for us so we were on our way quickly. Painless process. Would highly recommend them.

Beware ! Added $999 to price and sent van C.O.D

Do not trust the descriptions, and I wouldn't buy a vehicle unless you can see it in person. I have a printout where he listed the Metris van loaded with cruise, power seats, navigation system, etc. When I got the van it had none of those options on it. I wire transfer the amount of the van plus an additional $999.00 for admin fees. I paid it because they led me to believe that was for shipping the van to me, and then they sent the van C.O.D. and I had to cough up another $750. The absolute worst auto buying experience I've ever had. I consider what they did fraudulent.
