I would not recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership. First they refused to sell a truck if the insurance card didn’t have the financing individuals name on the insurance card. Even though our insurance already had it set to insure and was willing to speak to the dealership. We then had to redo the transaction with my husband paying for the truck in full. This truck was for my son but Griffin the salesman spent the majority of the time speaking to my ex and his step son even after their portion of the deal fell through. We were only brought in to the transaction to pay for the truck. Less than 24 hours later once the need for air conditioning to be used came up, the AC doesn’t work. They refused to even acknowledge the problem and claimed we had brought a mechanic with us to look over the truck. Which in fact we did not! We didn’t even get offered a test drive. Griffin tossed us the keys and told us we could look at it, but don’t take it anywhere. We specifically asked if the truck had a safety inspection done and serviced such as oil change prior to finalizing the sale and were told yes. Yet the tires were extremely over inflated and the oil life indicator doesn’t reflect an oil change was done. They did condescendingly offer to correct the tire pressure if we drove nearly an hour back to the dealership. Typical used car salesman and shady dealership. The truck was priced great…and now we know why!

We worked with Sandy today to lease a car.

We worked with Sandy today to lease a car. She was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly to work with. It was definitely the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We will be using her again in the future. Highly recommended.

Do not buy a car here or at any hyandai they will sell

Do not buy a car here or at any hyandai they will sell you junk. (Even the new cars). When the car breaks down and you pay 2500$ to fix it and then a year later have the same exact problem. Car has an oil combustion problem that is common with hyandai apparently and their crap theta 2 engine that they keep putting in their cars knowing it’s going to be junk. Even being told by other shops where I get oil changes that the engine should be recalled but it’s not. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CHILDREN IN THESE CARS.You will think everything is fine going down the road then all of a sudden your car just stops accelerating and the check engine light comes on and your stuck in the road. Take my advice and look it up on Reddit and see all the people that they have screwed over and stay away from hyandai. Hyandai corporate won’t help you either they just want to sell their xxxx cars and leave you with junk before it’s even paid off.

I first of all, had difficulty n getting my Genesis

I first of all, had difficulty n getting my Genesis serviced because all calls were directed to an answering service and it was three days before O talked to a service representative. When I brought my car in to be serviced for what seemed to be an ignition or battery problem, I was told it was an alternator problem so they replaced the alternator. After spending almost 1300 dollars on the replacement alternator my car was returned to me with the same problem as before.

They were awesome.

They were awesome. The only thing I did not like was the fact they ran my credit a bunch of times to try to get me approved before contacting me

Is thr Forever Warranty a scam?

I've read the comments on this site about the "Forever Warranty" being a scam. I agree with the customers viewpionts. I still think its a scam. There is NO WAY that anyone would convince me that millions of drivers all over the country call an 800# to gget authorization to perform routine maintenance by someones local mechanic or say like Valvoline for a oil change. No way that people actually keep up with this EVERY TIME they have something done. So tell me this.... if its not a scam what it the percentage of Forever Warranty have you honored and perfomed powertrain replacements or repairs as opposed to how many claims have been submitted and have been denied. Im going to guess your percentage for repairs will be on 2% to 5% range, and thats being generous. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, and my mother has bought 3 cars. So i am VERY familiar with this dealership.
