We saw a truck on Carfax we were interested in on a Sunday. We used their online customer service to let them know we were interested. We rec'd an email promptly Monday morning from Kelly Coleman. We made an offer over the phone based on what we could see of the vehicle pictures and reports. They countered with a fair offer and we made the 2 hour drive yesterday morning. She introduced us to the salesman Bob Amacher. He is exactly the kind of salesperson we like. No pressure, let us drive it as long as we liked, allowed us to inspect and talk about it by ourselves. Once we agreed we wanted to move forward, he got our paper work going, passed it off to the financial dept., then asked if we wanted any lunch? We declined at that point and waiting for our turn with the finance director, Nick Zdroik. Nick was fabulous to deal with, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and got things going through our bank. He then offered us pizza that had been delivered, so we finally accepted the lunch offer as he finished our paperwork. The pizza was delicious and was a great way to end the experience, besides driving out with our Tundra. We would definitely come back and recommend them to all our friends!

Called at make an appointment for an oil change at 1 pm. Person on the phone stated that there was not need for an appointment. Now 2 hour wait at 4 pm. Express lane and no appointments needed should be changed.

Lie after lie about the problems with vehicle. Tried to sell me a vehicle with major issues. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I drove 2hrs to buy a used Jeep. This Jeep had a foot long hole in the bumper that looked like it had bee cut out by a hacksaw. It also had a 10 in scratch/ding that looked like it had been repaired using a magic marker. Finally they lowered my trade in amount after the papers had been drawn up, then claimed that they couldn't reach the person who quoted me the value. Bait and switch. Stay away.

Dishonest dealership. The Jeep I test drove had the breaks going out on it. The back bumper had a cut out of it that looked like a hacksaw was used. Rev its were falling out of it. It was easy no pressure. That's what liked about. Told them what i wanted and delivered that to me in a very timely manner.

They are all great people to work with. Glenn our sales guy is friendly, not pushy, honest, and knowledgeable. This was our second vehicle from Brickners of Wausau. 👍🏻👍🏻
