Purchased a 2003 truck from the Littleton, Colorado
Purchased a 2003 truck from the Littleton, Colorado location. We were impressed with the speed of their process, as we were only there for a few hours in the afternoon. The sales and finance representatives were very quick and helpful; we felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle or warranty. This is one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever experienced, for example: they worked with us on our trade-in value, vehicle purchase price, and financing. Then they helped us feel comfortable with their transparency when they showed us the Carfax on our trade-in, their vehicle, and the through walkthrough (on their vehicle) while pointing out any potential flaws on a vehicle this age. As for the warranty...wow, never expected such amazing coverage. Outstanding value for the money spent. This location is first on my list should I need another vehicle. Two thumbs up, five stars, and a big thank you!

Very nice people but they were trying to sell me
Very nice people but they were trying to sell me warranties and insurance I didn't need. They got too pushy, I don't like to be rude so it was difficult to keep saying no. The sales rep didn't have much knowledge of the vehicle but they have an enormous amount of different makes and models so make sure you do your research before you go. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. They do have a lot of vehicles so it's nice place to actually shop. If you are looking to buy, you can find it here. They also didn't give me the best finance deal at first, once I told them I was going to try to get my own financing, they came back and matched the credit union. Buying a vehicle wasn't easy but it wasn't very difficult at the same time. They also said they would get me another key and that the guy came in on Thursday and I could buy one, but have not heard anything. I have not gotten a follow up call to see if I needed anything or had any questions after the sale.

Absolute Headache
Terrible Experience. Took a vehicle there to sell due to my Credit Union's Partnership with them. They asked to see the vehicle and then proceeded to drive off in it without my knowledge of them doing a test drive. I've been waiting several weeks for their offer that the salesperson promises will be in by the end of each day that never comes. No one responds to emails but they are happy to spam you constantly with marketing emails promising to buy your car quickly.

I have been looking for a used car for quite a while now with the prices as high as they are I found one that I was interested in and thought that the asking price was about the fair market value at this time which is high but that’s not their fault I contacted over the phone as I live out of state and spoke with TRUNG NGYUEN Who was extremely polite and helpful over the phone I have never purchased a car online before site unseen just going by photos he was very patient and considerate and I felt that I could trust him so I did make the purchase online there was even a repair that was going to be done before sending it out to me which was done properly so I received a car in the condition that I was promised I can’t say enough about his great customer service and follow up I wish I lived there just so I can stop by and say hi sometimes that’s how much I appreciated his help great guy the company came through and was represented very well by him I think he’s a great asset and they should be very grateful to have him working there I don’t think I would’ve bought the car sight unseen without his help

Kevin Collins helped me find the perfect car for me, he went the extra mile and worked with me when I had to go out of town. We were able to lock in the sell and then finish everything else long distance. The car was ready when I got back into town, and I found him to be highly professional and he made everything easy. I am very satisfied with the integrity and customer service at AutoTrek, and I would highly recommend them.

Real People, Real Help, Real Bargain
I must say, at the start, that shopping for cars is not my favorite thing in life. Past experiences in this arena have ranged from nerve wracking to .... well, nerve wracking. So, since my 2007 Toyota Corolla was totaled by a drunk driver in December, I'd been looking, more than a little stressed and without much success, for another Corolla like it (I loved that car!). Then I happened on an AutoTrek ad for a 2010 Corolla at a price below others I had seen, and within reach financially, given the payoff I'd receive for my old car. I asked for a call back on it and Trung Nguyen, an AutoTrek salesperson, called me back. So began the best car buying experience I've ever had. Trung was just a real person. On the test drive, I got no sales pitch or pressure. Instead, we had a wonderful conversation about life, like real human beings. (In fact, I decided I'd take a longer route on the test drive, just so our talk could continue.) Yet when I asked a question, I got a straight answer. The car was exactly as advertised. In fact, it was better. Trung also took the initiative to inform me of a recall issue still outstanding on the car and then happily called the Toyota service center I deal with to confirm that that outfit would be able to correct the issue, at no cost to me. Truth? I bought the car as much for the fact that Trung and his fellow employees were such real, good people as for the fact that the car was what I wanted for a price I could afford. But here's the kicker: When I said, "I want the car," the real miracle took place: In just a few minutes all the paperwork and other formalities were completed and explained to my satisfaction. No secret charges. Nothing they "forgot" to tell me. I wrote the check, they handed all the paperwork off to me in a nice file folder, and I was on my way. Trung was right, my service center fixed the recall yesterday morning and did a total check on the vehicle. Not a single thing needed attention— exactly what the AutoTrek inspection had reported. And AutoTrek paid for my emissions inspection as well (also passed with flying colors). Thanks, Trung, and thanks AutoTrek, for making a previously stressful experience a surprisingly enjoyable one.

Not much confidence.
I was looking for a wheelchair van. The first vehicle they showed me had a dead battery. The second wheelchair van air-conditioning didn't work. It appears they hide mechanical issues and once the purchase is made the buyer is SOL! I wonder what other issues were hidden?
