I have been shopping for a car for quite a while. I have been interested in several vehicles that silver eagle has on their lot. I had spoke with Charlie a couple of times on a few vehicles nothing written in stone just looking. Charlie asked me a few questions advised him I was just browsing. Never discussed financing or cash $ convo hadn't reached that point yet. I've spoken with Charlie in the past so he did have some of my information from previous inquiry several months ago. Out of nowhere Charlie just stopped communicating with me with no explanation. So much to my surprise several days later I received a letter that they ran my credit for an auto loan. I never advised any1 to run my credit also this was going to be a cash purchase and he never even got into Cash prices before receiving the letter. I think this was very unprofessional and may probably hurt me in the long run. Credit score wise. Sad thing is I have had friends and a husband that have purchased cars from them in the past and I have always been interested because they shoot a straight ball. Until this move I'm still willing to give a second chance but I would prefer to deal with another sales associate. I would probably recommend and still purchase a vehicle from them hoping for better communication.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

this guy was supposed to meet me there won't answer me or call me back. not impressed would not recommend to anyone. literally hijacked my day for no reason at all. unimpressed!!!!!!
After visiting the Wholesale Hill at the back of Silver Eagle and getting a first hand taste of the salesman's lack of professionalism and chip he is carrying on his shoulder. I wouldn't buy a car or recommend anyone I know to these people from this lot. Cars are way over priced for the condition they are in, when I mentioned to my wife that we are going now and look around for the truck she was looking at was way over priced the salesman over heard me and took it upon himself to start speaking unprofessionally and as we were walking away he entered his building talking crap about my wife and I to his co-worker. NO-SALE TODAY

Worst service and cars ever
This has got to be the worst place to buy a car. All the cars have flaws. Nice cars on the outside but horrible cars when it comes to dependability. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They get the cars going enough to get off the lot and that's about all it's going to go. They make you sign waiver "as is" and tell you all the cars were inspected,... but the inspection was done by their staff. BUNCH OF UN-ETHICAL CROOKS!!!!
