Good experience

We had a very good experience. We were not planning on actually purchasing the vehicle, just looking, but we got a good deal. The staff were all very wonderful. the salesman was a bit pushy, but in our case that was ok.

The classic dirty car salesman

The initial salesperson was rushing to pass me off to another sales person. He used short answers and failed to show any remote interest in helping me. When the second salesman came he was not terrible but I could tell he only cared to get the sale. We conducted a test drive and the salesman purposely took a route that cause vibrations to hide the vehicle's issues. Also during the test drive the vehicle was on empty and the dealer tried to sell the vehicle without a full tank of gas. I was told the vehicle only needed an alignment, I brought a mechanically skilled friend to check out the vehicle. Between my Ram and the Tundra there was obvious problems that any service shop would find in a simple inspection. So I bought my truck and planned to do simple maintenance like a fluid flush and spark plugs. The shop that did my fluid flush said the transmission fluid was overdue for a change, along with my coolant and engine oil. After that I finally got to my alignment and the shop said that I need to replace my lower ball joints, track bar and my steering damper before an alignment was achievable totaling up to approximately 900 dollars. I bought a warranty that covered my lower ball joints bring the out of cost price to around $500. Total I have had to put $1,000 into this truck to make it safe to drive while I still have to buy new tires because the condition of that he vehicle's front end caused permanent cupping within the first three months. When I contacted Wes, I said I believe you knew about these issues and did not want to pay to fix it and he did not deny it. The company then decided that $200 would be enough to compensate for my troubles. Bring it to a mechanic shop and do not trust this company if you do not have to when buying your next vehicle.

What I needed

I found a car that fit my needs. Service was fine. I wish I'd looked at Blue Book price before we signed. We were told we were going to be given a "screaming" deal, but there was no deal. By comparing other dealers and blue book prices, we should have negotiated a better price.

Bring your own lube!

We bought a vw tiguan from them this fall and was an easy process for them to take your money and sell you a terrible car with a smile on their faces. The salesman was nice enough that was until we went in with a complaint. Two weeks after we purchased the car we had to take it to a repair shop because whoever does their repair work doesn't know how to put the plug wires on correctly. Shortly after that a bunch of lights came on and we called them to see what they would do. I called the manager at least once a week and each time the manager Wes said he would call back but he never would call back and i would have to track him down and go through the whole song and dance again. They are a terrible dealership and I wouldn't send my worst enemies there. As soon as they get their money all the problems are yours. Don't buy cars from there EVER!!!

Thanks Bleskin!!!!

Bleskin Motors had a great feel and a wonderful atmosphere. My sales person was not pushy and the finance process was quick and easy. I would recommend anyone to Bleskin motors. My car, after owning it for 2 months is everything I've wanted. They even offered their dealer discount to me if I ever wanted anything done to my vehicle. Thank you Bleskin Motors. I will be back to see you again.
