No Pressure, very friendly!

There were No hassles, great prices, quick paperwork, and financing process from some very nice, no pressure guys. No frills building but an overall great experience!

Extremely disappointed in customer service

I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service. All the hand-written testimonials on their wall gave me hope that this would be a good buying experience. After talking to two of the co-owners about our high level of interest in buying a car, we were told we would get first dibs on it when it came back from the shop. We never heard anything back over the next week, even after trying to contact them directly (again). A few days later, the car was not listed on their website. To be fair I don't know, but I can only assume it was sold. Guess I should've paid attention to the little red flag when Dan (co-owner) told us he doesn't always return calls like he should :(

Truck not immediately available

I didn't purchase from this dealership, and based on all the reviews I am now reading I am glad I did not. My experience was not as bad as those that I have read, however, disappointing none the less. I called their business number multiple times yesterday in the afternoon with no answer and the voice mailbox full. I finally found a number on the bottom of an ad for the Truck I was looking at and a gentleman answered. I asked if I had reached Hedberg, after a minute or so I finally was able to confirm that I had reached one of the salesman, however, he was not working at the time. I had asked if he knew about the particular truck I was calling about. He said he did as he had been driving it and it was currently with him at some soccer game. I understand that as a dealership you have the option of driving vehicles home but really? This is during business hours. He said he could have it to the dealership within an hour, but that would have left less than an hour to make any kind of deal, test drive it, have them value my trade in, etc... I thought it was unprofessional for one that nobody would answer and two that they would not have the truck available right then for me to look at, during business hours. He even acted a little irritated that I was calling him. I am surprised they have some of the high ratings they do as a dealership as I don't know that I would ever go there and I haven't even been there in person. This is all based on my experience in trying to reach them by phone to ask about the truck. Do your research. I have had much better experience at many other dealerships I have purchased from.

No Pressure, clean vehicles and a very friendly!

These guys were very friendly and happy to answer any and all of our questions. They were priced much lower than most of the other clean title vans we looked at online.

Not into selling cars

Went to look at car online, couldn’t find it on lot. Asked where it was or if it had sold. No, one of the employees took it out of state for an event. Said I could come back another time to see it. Like my time doesn’t matter to them and they don’t want to sell cars.

These guys GET IT!!! I've never worked with a more easy going bunch of guys! No pressure, great selection, and best buy I have ever made!! They pride themselves on being the best deal on the internet and they always are.. this is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Hedberg Solomon and I'll be back. Thanks Jared and Troy for an awesome experience.

Terrible Customer Service

Ignored every single one of my phone calls and emails, apparently they've implemented a new business model based on playing hard to get. I'd rather spend my money at a dealership that shows me they value my business.
