I was quoted a much higher price in person than what was

I was quoted a much higher price in person than what was shown on the dealership website for the same oil change, even after presenting a valid mailed coupon. When I asked for an itemized breakdown to understand the price difference, none was provided and the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I left without having any service completed.

In June of 2025 I had an oil change done to my jeep.

In June of 2025 I had an oil change done to my jeep. At the time I paid for a second oil change (paid $120 for the oil change and tire rotation for Jun of 2025 and the next one). So I went back in last week and they would not honor the 2nd part of the contract saying it had been over a year. I have the receipt showing the first one in Jun of 2025 and the next one should have been paid for. They lied with the time line of over a year. Not going to this dealership anymore.

Was given the runaround on a warranty repair that was

Was given the runaround on a warranty repair that was clearly under warranty. I was being charged $400 for just diagnostic and $2000 for the repair after purchasing a brand new motor a few months ago for $13,000.00. Needed to seek legal Council and speak with the service department manager in order to have my truck fixed under warranty and was still charged $220.00. Service rep would not advise me of the repairs that were made via text message instead referred me to my invoice statement once I paid the $220.00. Zero transparency.

Lone star dodge is the place to take your truck for excellent service , if you need tires, mechanical are any other services. I didn't make an appointment and was only waiting 50 minutes for an oil change. Lone star will do what it takes to earn your business.
