I am providing my unpleasant experience with this company to help other customers if they decided to deal with them. In 07/13/2020, I was searching for... a truck in the RBFCU bank website and found a suitable one in Lone Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership in San Antonio, it was a FORD F-150 (stock # L00848A), I checked their website and I send them an email to confirm the availability of the vehicle for purchase. Few hours later, I received an email response from “Julie”, Internet Sales Assistant, confirmed that the car is available and told me that somebody will be calling me next morning to arrange the purchase. Early in 07/14/2020, I received a phone call from a sales associate called “Johnathan Parker”, he confirmed that the car is available. I told him that I am from Austin, TX and I will be able to drive to San Antonio (90 miles away) to purchase the car the same day at 5 pm (after my work), as I can arrive there by 7 pm the same day. He said this will be great as they close at 9 pm and they will hold the truck for me. Exactly at 5:15 pm, I sent him a text message confirming that I am driving to San Antonio and the trip will take me 2 hours to arrive there by 7 pm, he replied back confirming recipient of my text and asked me to text him when I arrive the dealership at 7 pm. However, I was so tired from work and the temperature was around 106 F, I drove to san Antonio and arrive the dealership exactly at 7 pm, I texted Johnathan as planned, and he asked me to get inside and ask for his manager “Rudy”. I reached the front desk and asked for “Rudy”, after few minutes another representative came to see me (not Rudy), I told him that I am here on time to purchase the truck and I told him that everything was arranged with Jonathan. His response was like one of the most surprise I would ever face in my life, he simply said “The truck was sold”. I said what? I do not know how I was able to keep my quietness after all this long trip and after all these emails, phone calls and text messages, they simply lied to me. At this point my blood pressure went to the roof and he brought his manager and tried to say excuses that I did not even remember or listened to. I just told them that I cannot trust a bunch of liars and buy anything from them even for few dollars not for almost $20K. As I teach my kids, any one lies about a thing, he will lie about everything. I took my car and traveled back to Austin for 2 more hours, and I am not actually sure how I was able to do that while I was so upset and feel disrespected. Please stay away from those Liars as much as you can.

First, we went to their sister dealership, North Star Dodge, my wife and I walked around the lot for 30 minutes and even used the restroom, yet no one... ever greeted us. Selection was terrible too. We then drove to Lone Star Dodge because their website advertised a 2019 Ram 1500 at a specific price. After 2.5 hours (even though I was pre-qualified) they would not honor the price. They tried getting me into used vehicles. By this time it was 9:30pm and they promised to call the next morning about a trade in. No one ever called. I had to call them 3x and contacted an internet manager who finally got someone to call me around 7pm. The salesman told me the GM wanted me to come in and work out a deal on the 19 Ram 1500. I made it clear, politely, that i didn't want to wast anyone's time, but they assured me we would work out something on the Ram. We left a family event only to sit with an assistant manager who told us Chrysler messed up the advertised price and they couldn't honor it (Corporate told me today that isn't true, it's the dealer who does their website pricing). In fact, Lone Star changed the advertised price online. I told the assistant manager I had received an email that very day stating the same truck at the former advertised sales price. They still wouldn't honor it. Not only that, but they add so many fees and service charges and they are unwilling to remove any of them. This was the absolute worst car buying experience. From customer service to transparency to honesty to honoring the advertised price it's been a nightmare.

My experience was great. I was nervous and hesitant at first but Jeff and Joseph made me feel very comfortable with getting into another vehicle and with... all the Ins be outs of shopping for a new car.

Do not trust the salemen here especially Demetrius and xavier. Demetrius in particular made a deal with me on a 2015 toyota 4 runner and knew i was driving... over 200 miles to buy the car and did not disclose that the car had an aftermarket kenwood radio, a missing fender, and a dead battery. This is after multiple assurances that the car is DETAILED AND READY TO GO! I wasted my entire day and a good amount of money due to Demetrius and this dealership's dishonest and inconsiderate actions. After all that Demetrius had the audacity to tell me that he worked really hard to make this deal happen when i didnt negotiate a single penny on the car

Oh yea during the buying process you are treated as the #1 customer. After that all promises are not kept and it’s all about excuses, long wait on services,... repairs , and ordering car parts.

Come here for my vehicles to get serviced have to say this place keeps getting filthier. Floors are so dirty, seems like they dont have a contractor to... clean around here only employees doing whatever if any kind if cleaning. Break room is so disgusting, its sad to see this place just deteriorating. Waiting are seats are so filthy, just dirty, dirty, dirty. Simeone step up and clean this place up.
