I just purchased a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Lonestar edition. Mr. Leo Cantu did an awesome job! He was nice, helpful and caring went above and beyond. He follows up to see how we are doing. I highly recommend if you need to buy a vehicle ask for Leo Cantu you won't be disappointed.

Their sales person Julian Carrillo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured I got the best deal possible and was very professional. He even delivered the vehicle to my home. The finance department was surprising good and provided me with a great experience.

The sale process was good.
The sale process was good. This is about service after the sale. Last Saturday, i joined my father to buy a truck. On Monday I called and spoke to the salesman amari. We need the odometer reading paper from the truck he traded in. Today is Friday and nothing. I need it to cancel the 2 different insurances, gap ,etc on it, and receive a refund. I called and txt several times only to get the around. Was told I would receive it that day. I left messages to his manager/ supervisor. Was told they were busy, ya, iv been to many dealerships and ur not busy all day with no breaks. Most of the time they walking around, gossiping...i called and asked the secretary to connect me with a manager, anyone to speak with that day. She didn't. So if u want ALL UR PAPER WORK, that day, then dnt buy here. If want ur 2KEYS to ur truck, dnt come here. If want to speak to management, dnt come here. Service after the sale is important to me. very. They lost my dad's and my future sales. We both trade in and buy every 2 years. We keep going till we arent appreciated Or listened to. We were told at the end of the sale, they dnt give out the complete paper work or the second key till a couple of weeks.. strange??. But I need it now, every day is costing me money, guess Noone cares. I will have to wait till they are ready. There are many other dealers in s.a..

I would not have any service performed at this dealer.
I would not have any service performed at this dealer. We took our 2021 jeep gladiator for a routine oil change and two year check up three weeks later we told its ready. They billed jeep wave for a full service. When I checked the oil level I was shocked it was not changed nothing in fact was done no air filters no nothing as required,we called and were told to return asap and it would be done. So we took it back and they kept it for three months saying that they found a coolest leak and were waiting on a clamp.also stated the reason we had it there was a reported coolest leak. Lies and put a 100 miles on our jeep also damaged front steering dampener and stabilizer ruined the motor by putting a unknown coolent fluid which we confirmed with an electrolysis test 7.5 as should be 2.5 bent the rear bupper and ruined the floor carpet due to having water and sand cigarette butts under floor matts and now is moldy and used the wrench which was not spooled correctly and our Control is now missing. At the time we took it back they did not put it In thesystem for for 10 days which we were called liers because there paperwork did not match our concerns. Well the loaner vehicle paperwork proved the service department as the liers. Also our unconnect service was canceled during the time and it was not logged in there system which they denied also. No help no we had to have it flatbed to another dealer which verified the problems and replaced the steering parts under warranty however it cost us $900.00 thereabouts out of pocket for services that were nessary to do so. What a horrible experience never take any thing to them not even a baby stroller there not to be trusted.

Derral is untrusted sales rep. It started out back in 2011 bout a suv was really railroaded on the final cost. Willing to give them a second chance so I took my daughter (2014) and sure enough the same thing happens in financing. Not did I ever get that referral payment. Ok here we are 7 years later, so a friend of a friend wanted a car. I should have known not to take him there. He was also a minority (black) n again. And yet I still have yet to get my referral payment. Derral continually has lied to me about it. But, this time I'm taking it all the way. I'm going to sue for Lieble and Defamation. They'll cough up more then that referral bonus. They will pay Court cost, besides me attaching anyone else and make it a class action suit. Potential buyers beware of this dealership. So they know who this is. I advise Mr. Leo to do the right thing. Or I'll head over to the tax office, find the owner and serve the owner his Notice of Intent to Sue".

Fraudulent Sale Manager did not care.

I pick up on Tuesday at 9:00pm they told me to go at that hours, then on Wednesday morning I was admiring my new pick up truck with a sun light and I find out that roof has a big damage, I call dealership and explain also told them that the truck have more then 1,200 miles on it, they do not care DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I will take legal action on this matter.

My wife decided her 2021 Ford Bronco is not quite big
My wife decided her 2021 Ford Bronco is not quite big enough to handle three car seats. (Grand Babies) She has taken a liking to the new Wagoneer, She wanted to drive one, Stopped at lone star on Monday 4th, told the sales person we are just shopping just wanted to test drive it to see if she liked it? He went in to get keys came back out with another person and told me I would have to make an Appointment???? Totally Blew us off! Stopped there because of the selection they had. Lost my business. Very unprofessional.
