I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. I was 25 minutes late due to traffic. Thomas was very understanding and explained that due to it being the day after Thanksgiving, the service department was very busy and it may be an hour or longer wait time. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I asked about touch up paint. Thomas showed me how to use the paint. I was very happy with my service

I was at the dealer for a recall on my previous vehicle.

I was at the dealer for a recall on my previous vehicle. I enjoy going there because the showroom, waiting room and all areas of dealership are always clean and tidy. I got to talking with my previous sales person, Mr George Freeman. We starting talking about new vehicles and he showed me some. I liked the Tucson and inquired about it. We took a test drive down the block and I loved the feel and the way it drove. After returning to the dealership Mr. George gave me the run down and offered me a deal I could not refuse and I accepted the deal. That all went very smoothly. Then I headed over to the finance guy, John??? I think that is his name and was in and out of his office in no time. I would just like to say that Mr George Freeman is the best! I stop by his office whenever I come in for oil changes or anything else. Mr George even calls me on my birthday which is such nice gesture and I so appreciate it. I would recommend him to anybody who wants the best salesman EVER! Thank you for everything Mr George!
