    Tom and his staff provided prompt and excellant service repairing a puncture to a tire on my new Santa Fe. I came in without an appointment to check on... the low tire pressure warning. He had me in and out within an hour, even though the service department was very busy.

    Tom and the rest of the Staff are always cheerful , courteous, upbest professional and efficient. Facilities are excellent, evenn under very difficult... COVID-19 conditions.

    David is great. He provides exceptional and excellent service. He has always treated me honestly and pleasantly even when i ask lots of questions or trying... to explain my concerns. I could go to AAA car service but i choose to continue service at this dealership due to David's attitude, service and honesty. Thank you Fort Mill Hyundai for this exceptional person.

    I was a 1st time customer, and needed a lot of work done on our 2009 Sante Fe (timing belt, transmission etc.). Tom Furey was extremely helpful to guide... the work and helped to make my overall bill manageable. I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of work.

    Thomas in the service department always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. Thomas is the only one that we deal with. The... over all rating is only because of Thomas in the service department. I did talk to one of the salespersons about that we are interested in trading our 2017 Hyundai S/F/S in that we are leasing, we have three more payments and the lease will be up. We will be either turning the car back in if I can't get a good deal on a new car. The car that I was looking at, the Palisade, I was told that there's no type of discount or sales on it. I have been with Hyundai for many many years. There's to many companies out in the car market with great deals for me not to shop around. I was very disappointed yesterday when I was told that there's no deals on that car that I inquired about. The Santa Fae Sport that I driving now, I have had many problems out of it. This is the only car from Hyundai that I have had a lot of problems with. I did talk to Ray Anderson about the major problems that we had on I-77. We would be traveling at 65 - 70 mph and the car speed would just drop to 35 mph and the engine light would come on, this happened two times. We could have been killed out on I-77 where the cars run extremely high rates of speed. Only by the grace of God, that we weren't seriously hurt or killed when this happened to us. The last time this happened I tried to talk with Ray Anderson to no avail. Thank you Rachel Greene

    I get a oil service every 7-8 weeks. Arrived at 0745-0800 they opened and Ray took me right in. Had my tires rotated and new wiper blades installed while... I was there. 0845 Ray came and briefed me of my service and I was out the door. Great Service, Ray is the best!!!!
