Smith Imports was great. Our car broke down on a Friday night and we had it towed to Smith Saturday morning. Smith opened the warranty claim, diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a professional manner.

My salesman Johnny was very friendly and helpful for my car buying experience. I was undecided on what I wanted. He showed my husband everything and even got on FaceTime with me because I had to work. After doing that for me, I knew that I was going to buy my car from him.

But Johnny Smith at Smith Imports (no relation to the owner) provided the most exceptional response and service. He made it easy...they actually listen. Also they provided me with an option to save a few more dollars through their financing program. I typically pay full price, but Smith Imports made it too easy to save another $800. The car arrived sooner than expected. They exceeded expectations. Now working with Johnny to find a car for a friend of mine. I think we will be doing business together for a long time!
